Rated 2 out of 5 by Keithg from Frustrating This refrigerator only has adjustable feet in the front which makes it almost impossible to level if your floors are just slightly uneven ( as mine are, older house), and they are also extremely hard to adjust. The refrigerator is also loud, I understand this can be subjective, but when it is running (operating), I can hear it clearly on the second floor of my home, it makes a loud buzzing sound when it is running. Which as you can imagine, at night when its quiet and your trying too sleep, can be annoying. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We chose to go with ice in the freezer drawer and have had no issues with this fridge making plenty of ice for a family of 4. There is a slight delay from start up to get the ice going but I believe that is due to it taking time for the freezer to get to the correct temp. Very sharp looking and love having two drawers for the freezer. Makes accessibility much easier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kayhay from Pretty good refrigerator We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago. We've been pretty happy with it so far, except for a couple areas. The left upper door is very hard to close. You have to really push it hard to close or else it stays open about an inch, which could easily lead to the door staying open inadvertently. I'm surprised this design issue hasn't been addressed, since I read other reviews mention the same issue. The other issue is the faint alarm when a door is left open. I wish it was louder, so the possibility of a door being left open would be lessened. If these 2 design issues would be fixed, it would be a great refrigerator. Very happy I decided on model with extra freezer drawer, despite preferring aesthetics of the more flat-front models. Another reason for choosing this model was that I did not want the nuisance of a filter for ice cube water. The ice maker on this unit is unusual, but doesn't take up a lot of space and seems to produce more than sufficient quantities of ice cubes for us. The fingerprint resistant finish is very satisfactory. Unit has the look and sturdy feel of decent quality compared to other brands I studied in showrooms. Rated 5 out of 5 by marmot99 from Another Reliable Bosch Product Our workhorse Bosch dishwasher inspired us to try a Bosch refrigerator when its other-brand predecessor conked out. We're glad we did. This model is carefully designed to maximize storage, important for counter-depth refrigerators. We were at first concerned about the double-drawer freezer, but it's actually an easier way to store food and find it when needed, and our frozen turkey fit nicely. In the cooler compartment, shelves can be adjusted easily to handle milk containers and other bulky items. The stainless steel finish has the look and feel of quality. Like our Bosch dishwasher, our refrigerator is exceptionally quiet, except for unavoidable, occasional noise from the ice maker. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by Swick from Love My Bosch!! Have had our new fridge for six weeks and so far we couldn't ask for a better appliance. We chose this model because we required the counter depth and we liked the efficiency that four doors would provide us with. The super cool and super freeze features are great. Have not tested the eco mode. We find the noise level to be very quiet in comparison to our previous fridge. In a nutshell this Bosch fridge is a really nice looking fridge and will make any kitchen look great but more importantly it does what it was designed to do very well. It is wonderfully quiet but the cheap interior components are a big fail. The twin crisper drawers are out of kilter. There are no obvious adjustments so I have to assume the crisper compartments were not designed to handle the weight of items stored above. This is not acceptable on a premium product.
