HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR NEWSLETTERS AND EMAIL BLAST?
To receive our Bad Boy newsletter or e-blast, you can click the “Create an Account” link at the top right side of the page, fill out your information, and click “Sign Up for Newsletter” when creating your Bad Boy account. You can also scroll to the bottom of your webpage and type out your email address in the text box located on the bottom, right side of the screen. It is highlighted in yellow next to the text “Get Exciting Deals Direct to Your Inbox!” You’re able to unsubscribe at any time.

To search for a product on our site, type a keyword, partial model number, or sku number in the search field located at the top of the page, and click the search icon on the right side of the text field.

HOW CAN I LOCATE a Bad Boy Store?
You can locate a Bad Boy Superstore near you by first clicking the “Find a Store” icon on the top, far right side of the web page (location image, second from the left). Then, you can type in your postal code in the search bar on the left side of the page and click “Search”.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
To track your delivery, you can first click on the “Track Your Delivery” icon on the on the top, far right side of the web page (truck image, on the right). It will then lead you to a Home Delivery Tracking Page where you can fill out your Invoice Number and Phone Number. Once the information is filled out, you can click “Track” and will be re-directed to a page where you can track your product. CAN I PICK UP MY MERCHANDISE?
Yes, you can pick up your purchase at any of our stores or our Distribution Centre. Please see our Delivery/Pickup procedures by clicking here. We suggest you bring a large vehicle and another person to help you load your items, as well as rope or tie downs to secure your products. Once you receive your items to load onto your vehicle, you assume all liability for any potential damages during transport or installation. This is why we recommend that you have our experienced Delivery Team deliver your items to your home.
If you decide to pick up your items, and during the manufacturer’s warranty period your item requires service, you will be responsible for delivering the product to our warehouse and picking it up again.
The delivery of your product, and any subsequent service pickup and delivery are included for the first year as a part of our Delivery Fee. Ask a Sales Associate for Delivery fee amounts before you make your purchase.

WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our vendor/manufacturer partners and our delivery teams do their best to ensure your products arrive safely and damage free. However, if your product is damaged please contact our Customer service within 3 business days.
DOES BADBOY OFFER A WARRANTY ON ITS MERCHANDISE?
