Set Up ProblemWe just had this fridge delivered yesterday. Delivery people sent just left the fridge in place but did not remove styrofoam. We contacted the appliance sales person and she had to contact Frigidaire to find out you are not supposed to remove the styrofoam from the part in the photo. No one told us despite calling the salesperson and emailing her., until much later. We have been told the styrofoam is needed for the proper performance of the fridge. Now we are waiting to see if Frigidaire will replace the part. We could find nothing in the Frigidaire literature about leaving the styrofoam in this part vs removing it with all the other styrofoam packing material!!

Disappointed[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator originally on May 8th, 2020. Delivery was set for May 23rd. When fridge was delivered, it was not working, had damage to the inside, and looked as if the power cord had been cut. I refused that delivery. Next scheduled deliver was over a month later on June 27th. I received the fridge, it was working okay, never quite to the temp it should. Around August 12th or so the whole compressor and other parts stopped working. I have no been without a fridge for about a month now, still waiting on parts as of Sept 10th. This was our first major appliance purchase, and it has been awful.

Hasn't worked since purchase[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On delivery (6/24/20), the refrigerator looked to be just what we wanted & fit perfectly in our smaller space. However, we had to contact Frigidaire within the first few days when we noticed it wasn't keeping items cold. First repairman sent out 5 days later and suggested replacement; Frigidaire set up another appointment with a second repairman for a week later. He suggested we contact store for replacement, which they could not do, so he has ordered parts (to be delivered 7/29) to hopefully fix. Meanwhile, we're attempting to keep our items in a cooler and having to purchase ice. Not happy :(

Problem with new refrigeratorWhen I received the produce, I immediately had to have it serviced because the metal strip Upon plugging in the new refrigerator, the metal plate on the section of the refrigerator separating the freezer from the main refrigerator section, was seriously overheating. As it turned out, whoever assembled this appliance, wedged in the fan at the bottom rear of the refrigerator, in such a way that it was not able to rotate. There was a plastic piece that was preventing it from turning. Fortunately the repair person was able to get it working. This shoddy construction does not instill confidence that this appliance will have a long work life!.

Manufacturing defect?[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge with the exception of one big annoyance... There’s a load popping click every time you open and close the door. During the delivery and setup, I told the installer I wanted the door to open from the opposite side. He promptly replied, “l can switch it for you, but there’s going to be a popping sound when you close the door. It’s a manufacturing defect.” I didn’t believe him, but sure enough there is now a loud popping click when the door is closed. I have tried reaching Frigidaire by phone, but a message simply tells you to try again later due to the large volume of calls. Not a happy customer!

Very Upsetting[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Refrigerator in the end of April and less than 30 days it broke down on us!! The repairman had to order a part today is June 19 and I'm still without a fridge! Also had to buy a mini fridge until this one gets repaired...very aggravated! Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

It doesn’t even work I called 4 mechanics from their company and they came and try to fix my unit but they couldn’t. I called the customer service again and they keep lying and don’t know how to do their job correctly.

Also there is no freezer light and that was not told to me before purchasing!
