Rated 2 out of 5 by Terisue from Keeps Cold / No Light in Freezer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous refrigerator had a light in the freezer which is some thing that I miss with this refrigerator it’s dark at night in my kitchen now I have to use a flashlight . The drawers seem to be a bit flimsy the plastic they use doesn’t seem to be very sturdy. My last refrigerator had controls on the storage bins one for vegetables one for fruit the bin above where you would put cheese and meat also had a control where you can move the lever to either cheese or meat this doesn’t have that either. I was in a rush to buy a refrigerator had I taken the time I do not believe I would have made this purchase .

Rated 1 out of 5 by warmanddissappointed from Buyer Beware! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had the fridge for a year and I no longer have faith in it. The current temp of the cooler portion is 60. It has been there for over a week (more on that later). I lost all of the food in the freezer portion when it thawed for no apparent reason and is now back freezing. How can I possibly trust it going forward? On top of it all, the ice maker has stopped working. It has ice in it, but it won't drop it. Sure, repair has been scheduled by Frigidaire. Only problem is there is only ONE appliance repair agent is SE IA, apparently, and they only service Iowa City area (only 20 mins away) two days a week.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mwowner12345 from Very Disappointing. I bought this Frigidaire refrigerator because i needed a replacement for my older model which eventually broke down but lasted us for around literally 15 years although it was from a different company. This model looks exactly the same, except, everything is lower quality, cheaper materials, the fridge was poorly manufactured, had dents, doors don't align evenly when they close, the cooling system feels much weaker then older model, and i don't expect this fridge to last longer then 5 years. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by gstriano from Solid Second Fridgerator [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a large French door fridge that was intermittently working in our garage. It finally gave out on us and we needed to find something that we could use to store overflow produce and some frozen items that do not fit in our primary fridge. We landed on this model due to layout and price. It is a solid back up fridge for us. We didn't need a giant fridge and this has a surprising amount of space given it's size. It is no frills, but is doing a great job at keeping our items cold. It came down to temperature very quickly. Solid purchase for a smaller home/family and/or back up fridge

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rberthiaume1 from Not happy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this refrigerator back in April because I have a white one at home and another black one at work that we really like. We already have a crack in the frezzer compartment and I knocked a 12 oz. beverage off the upper shelf that landed on the lower.area the door closes into and rim of the can stuck into it leaving a hole. I have had my home one for at least 4 years I have opened 12 packs and have had them pour out onto the floor bouncing off the same area with out any damage. I think the plastic on this fridge is brittle hard. I will not buy another one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by moneymgmt from Cooled quick but can't solve leak [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the model WITHOUT water or ice maker, there is no water line to it. Upon delivery and plug-in ice cube trays were frozen very quickly. The next day we noticed a small puddle coming from underneath. Two days later woke up to the same thing. After being away several days the puddle we came home to was 12". There is no water line to leak. We've had it two weeks so it shouldn't be self-defrost (there is nothing to defrost), and the seals appear tight. Repair person being scheduled under the warranty; to Frigidaire's credit they set up the repair quickly, we'll see what happens.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jossie5461 from Ruff begining [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two hours after the install men left the frig. made noise like a freight train. Finally when I couldn't stand it any more my husband and I slide it out and I opened the back panel alittle to see if I could find what was causing the noise. It was load. I had to take off a couple of screws, now I could see. There was a plastic fuse holder type of thing was moved when they brought the frig in the house(I guess). The plastic frame of it was up against the fan making a racket. I bent the wires back that it was on so it didn't rub any more. Put every thing back together. Now it purrs like a kitten!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Spookie Gia from It could be better [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works well but, the shelf above the drawers for the produce items slides open when we pull out the drawers when we need something out of them. The arms that holds the gallon of milk could be a little wider, the divider on the door should not be there so we can use the entire door to put items in it. The stainless steel is hard to keep clean from smudges and finger prints even with stainless steel cleaner spray. Other than that it does work well, it keeps the items cool and crisp, the freezer works very good and keeps things frozen plus, it makes ice cubes pretty quick.
