Rated 4 out of 5 by Jen0821 from So far so good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 6 weeks, the fridge is pretty good. We did have a service person come by because initially the fridge wasn’t keeping things too cold. Apparently, that was our fault. We didn’t realize the air vents in the freezer were in the bottom shelf so if it’s blocked with anything like food, it will cause the overall fridge not to stay as cold. This is our only complaint. We thought we were getting a much bigger freezer, and while it’s bigger than what we had, we have to keep the space by the air vents open. Once we figured out what the initial problem was we haven’t had any other issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by starrrr from good fridge/freezer. Cr a ppy plastic door racks. Fridge works fine as long as you don't use the door racks... the plastic rail guards are cheap, flimsy, and easily get knocked off. Oh, and btw, calling the 800 is near impossible to get a live person and the chat feature only connects you with people who know nothing (their response: "the jars you are placing in them may be too big or too heavy.")

Rated 3 out of 5 by SFE7 from Decent Fridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: - Fits the space I had Cons: - freezer does not have a light (my previous version of this model did) - the in-door shelves design is very poor. The "bars" that hold items on the shelf leave a gap that items can slip through (salad dressing bottles, etc). My previous model had holders that effectively extended the shelf and wrapped upward to ensure nothing would come out of the shelf. It would be great if that was the standard or an accessory option to purchase was available. - the shelf in the main part of the fridge are ok but could use more options for placement

Rated 4 out of 5 by Peejay415 from Solid refrigerator [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this refrigerator about 1 month now and it seems to be running just fine however it does seem to have an intermittent issue regarding a slight knocking sound like it is trying to make ice, but this refrigerator does not have an ice maker. Everything else about this refrigerator is as advertised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Angrydeb from Basic [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge two months ago for our rental and we’ve been cleaning up messes ever since. While the fridge functions as a fridge, the door restraint bars have serious design issues. Imagine opening the door only for several items to fly out of the door shelves because there is nothing locking the shelf bars into place. Additionally, we learned the hard way the gap below the bar allows glass containers to tumble and shatter. I’ve partially remedied with a bin on a higher shelf, but this does’t stop the bar from popping up occasionally. You need to do better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Iritated owner from Cheap imitation of a previous model [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for an older version of the same refrigerator and I am really disappointed. The new one is a cheap imitation or my previous one. There is no light in the freezer. The full shelf in the refer section makes it inconvenient if you have a tall item. The offset door shelf makes it hard to store items. The door shelves make it hard to store items. All of these were adjustable the prior model. If it wasn't for the space limitations, I wouldn't by another Frigidaire refrigerator. They have gone downhill. Their convience Qleaves a lot to be desired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by johnniek from So far, so good. Good value for the price paid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for 3 weeks now, and it's in the garage. I've also purchased 2 Rubbermaid refrigerator/freezer thermometers to verify and keep track of both the freezer temps and the refrigerator temps. So far the "normal" setting tenders "0" degrees F in the freezer, and 38 degrees F in the refrigerator. That's exactly where I want them to be. I will be keeping an eye on the temps as the weather gets cooler, and will ultimately take any meat products out of the freezer as the temps get below 50 or so. I think it's a nice, basic refrigerator, and I hope it lasts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Had problems, but fixed under factory warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge in October 2019. In March 2020, I noticed my temperature was up to 50 in the fridge. Called Frigidaire, talked to a real person that I could easily understand with in 5-10 mins. Thankfully, the condenser fan was covered under factory warranty. Technician came out the next day, replaced the part with a new improved fan. I guess this is a common problem with this model, but they seem to have fixed it with the new part. No complaints since, good fridge for the price. However, if that part would have went bad after the factory warranty expired, I would have been livid.
