Rated 1 out of 5 by LarryTheDissatisfied from Avoid at all costs! This dryer failed to dry 10 washcloths and 3 towels after 118 minutes on the "Towels" setting on "High" temp. A repairman came out and said it was not venting. We just moved into a brand-new home and the vent is clear and working properly - we have photos to prove it! We let the dryer vent into our laundry room, and it still would not dry the load. The repairman came out a second time and still insisted the problem was the vent. I'm no expert, but I'd say he's got some additional training to go through. The dryer is brand new, and does NOT dry a load of clothes. I'm having to get reps from my builder and Electrolux involved!

Rated 1 out of 5 by CRSHAK from Worst dryer ever!! If you want your clothes to actually dry, do not buy this dryer!!!!! This washer and dryer came with our house and we have had nothing but problems. It takes at least 90 minutes to dry a single load. We have had it serviced and the repairman said there is nothing wrong with the machine - it just takes a very long time to dry clothes in it. We can't use the sensor settings because our clothes remain very damp. The machine overheats and trips our breaker on a regular basis. Please, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by AK456 from Mostly great features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was pre-installed in my new home and mostly I’ve been enjoying it. I like the range of pre-set cycles, and options such as the non-wrinkle low heat you can have at the end of a cycle and the option to “favorite” some option settings. My main complaint so far is that I which I could adjust the heat level in the dryer automatic cycle I would normally use (“normal”). It requires the highest heat, which I don’t want, so I end up just using the timed dry and setting all the other variables manually, for most of my loads. Other than that, it’s been good so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Latham from Doesn’t always dry We are in a rental house and this dryer is part of the deal. It will work properly most of the time but not always. If I pause the cycle to check on the clothes, it will not heat up again and the timer will stay at the same time,(will not count down). It is very frustrating to have to continue to go and check if the machine is working correctly. Sometimes I will have to turn it off, readjust the settings to get it to work properly again and other times it will not. This is not a good or even average dryer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Momma35 from Moisture sensor doesnt work [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run multiple cycles on this to dry clothes as the moisture sensor doesn't work. I've started using the "timed dry" feature so that it actually dries everything, but kind of defeats the purpose of having an "energy efficient" machine. This came with the house we bought, but I would never buy another one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ACB165 from Just what's needed... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dryer with the purchase of a new home with a matching washer. I like that this is not too complicated with too many options. After a few dries, I realized that i have to mark the option of "MAX" dryness. Even the next lowest setting left the clothes a bit damp. The max setting dried them completely. The "wrinkle release" setting is nice in that after the drying cycle is complete, it rotates the drum periodically to keep the clothes from sitting and wrinkling. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of this dryer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mtobias1 from Broke again!!! I purchase a newly built home in Lacey Washington that came with all new appliances from Frigidaire, two months in the dryer stop heating and I call in for a repair. The person from Eletrolux came and fixed the problem which he explained was a factory sensor issue. Now, as of this date, the dryer isn't drying again. I was once very excited to own a Frigidaire product now I feel that the products are not worth the price. Out of 6 Frigidaire products in this house two have failed in less that two years mulitiple times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jwilk27 from Superior performance! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely satisfied with my Frigidaire dryer! Just to mention a few things that I love about it: super easy to use- all the features are nice and user-friendly. I love the features that come with this dryer such as a sanitizing setting, wrinkle release setting, timed-dry setting, among many others. The reversible door was awesome! My husband was able to switch the door to the adjacent side so that I was able to open it from the side I needed to. Very handy feature! Easy to remove and re-install the door also. The dryer is super quiet and very efficient! It dries my clothes quick and well. I love that it’s a large capacity dryer also. Saves me time!
