The only thing I really wish I would have paid attention to was that this model does not have an outlet on it, so you can’t plug a blender/mixer/small appliance directly into it! The oven warms up quickly and the heat settings all appear to function as listed.

It will do what we need on a regular basis, and work for canning & keeping things warm for big meals. THe only issue is the black menu that pops up to make typing this review a challenge so delete this portion of the review. Product is great - issue with website.

Christmas day we had to constantly monitor the temp so our turkey did not burn. Will be calling for service on boxing day.

Looks good and heats well (both stovetop and oven). Would be nice if it had an electrical outlet on the side (is this not a thing anymore)? That being said, quick boil AND a warming plate is *chef's kiss* !! I do recommend.
