annoyedSuper annoying that you can call this stainless steal when the only thing stainless is the tiny strip running across the bottom. Yes the trim kit is all stainless, but most of the actual microwave is black. I also HATE the push button to open the microwave. It is TINY. We had the previous model of this microwave and had to get this one as a replacement to fit our existing trim kit (1st one went out after only 3 years.. hoping this one last longer!) As far as function, it works like a microwave should so far, just super annoyed at the change in features of this new model.

suggestionLove the microwave .. would like the to be able to turn sound off, i do have it set for the lowest sound . Also would like to be abe to turn light off or dim down. All this to say that my husband has a disability with light an sound sensitivity an can't use the microwave.. i know he's a limited few. would like for the company to keep disability's in mind. i do understand that i can purchase a microwave to turn sound off but not the light. Can you special order microwaves to meet your needs? without to much expense. enstead of a buzzer what about a nice chime.. the size of the microwave fits are space perfect.

Quiet Microwave[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Frigidaire microwave to replace older one. First thing I noticed was how quiet it was! Enjoying not having to listen to the microwave cook. Additional feature I liked was the option to not have the clock continually on. With a built on oven right below, two clocks were not necessary. Also, having 10 second option is great for pastries. The only thing I had to adjust too was the couple second delay between pushing the number and the auto start of quick cook.

Frigidaire is proving to be a brand I avoid.My 1 1/2 year old microwave stopped heating two days ago. This is the second appliance that has been defective since my kitchen remodel was completed 18 months ago. Will never buy your brand again. I contacted you about my cooktop and I never got a response.

Frigidaire Gallery Microwave 2.2 Cu. Ft. Built-In[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were delighted to find that Frigidaire made a microwave meant for a 30-inch built-in space, which is what we needed to replace our former built-in microwave, The Gallery microwave is sleek, larger than what we had, and works great. It has many features, some of which are new and will be great to have. Its internal size easily accommodates extra large plates, platters and 9x12 baking dishes. We are very happy with this purchase. Finding the 30-inch trim kit was not easy; none of our local stores had it. I called Frigidaire for assistance, and they put me in touch with companies that had it in stock. I ordered it and it arrived in four days! Great customer service!

Difficult to locate but pleased with it so far[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery microwave to replace a 3 year old Frigidaire Gallery that we purchased as a suite during our kitchen remodel.
The newer model has a few improved features e.g. both +10 and +30 sec buttons. The overall design seems sleeker than its predecessor. The time display is more green than the Gallery oven display since it in a newer model, but that doesn't concern me, even though they occupy the same cabinet. It and the trim kit were difficult to find in Stainless Steel, so we had to purchase online.
Overall, I am pleased with it but we did purchase a warranty for it. Hopefully it will last longer than the one it replaced.

Trim Kit Unavailable[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is great, however the trim kit is unavailable anywhere. I called Frigidaire and all they did was tell me I have to buy it from a retailer. But no retailers I've found yet have it and they don't know when or if they will have one. So I still have a hole in my wall.

Easy to Use[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave looks great and very quietly heats food. The inside is huge. I also like that the controls are SO simple that I don't have to figure anything out or get used to weird settings (like hitting the 3 and getting 3 minutes or having to hit a button before entering the cook time). I also really like that it has a +10 seconds button AND a +30 seconds. Seems silly, but I like it.
My only complaint is where our builders put the microwave. It was installed a bit high for my liking.
