A great microwave oven hooray![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and chose this Frigidaire Built In Microwave oven with the drop down door and we are so happy we did. We love it because it is very easy to use and I love the sensor cooking feature because I don't have to stand by the micro and keep testing the food to see if it's done or warm enough. The convenience of the drop down is perfect for short more mature individuals because it is at eye level and not above the stove where you can't read the panel. It's just perfect and well worth it I highly recommend it.

Stopped working after few weeks[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd of 4 Frigidaire Gallery appliances we bought for our new kitchen and all have had issues in first few months. This microwave stopped working after a few weeks...and now we have been waiting 6+ weeks and still no parts. The matching wall oven recently broke as well,,,waiting on parts...and the ice maker on the refrigerator did not work for the first 2 months and the draw broke. Unbelievable the lack of quality in these products.

looks great & cooks well[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven in our new construction home and are overall pleased. It looks nice and does seem to cook well. I am wondering a bit about the fan that seems noisier than I'd expect, even when the convection is not running. We haven't had an electric oven before, so I'm wondering if it is normal sounds as it is warming up. I'm intending to keep a listening ear as it gets more use to see if it changes for the better or worse at all. Otherwise, we appreciate the features it offers and it seems to cook food thoroughly and fairly evenly. We like it!

Nice looking but do not install over built in oven.Looks really good when installed with built in oven. Anyone under 6' tall will not be able to reach past the drop down door to the dish inside the microwave. The drop down door will need to be mounted lower than 40" in order for a 5'6" person to reach inside. This puts the built in oven near the floor. Install side by side but not on top of the oven. See attached picture

It's a microwave. Easy to operate.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like some easy-to-use features. My favorite is that if you want to microwave something for say 6 minutes (where X is between 1 and 9), you just hit the 6 button once, do nothing else, and in a few seconds the oven starts a 6 minute cycle. There are many other features which I'll probably never use...

Looks great in cabinet[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have enjoyed microwave for last 3 months and is great in our new kitchen. Only problem was when it accidentally got set on “demo” setting and microwave run 2 seconds and then say food was ready. LOL. Figured out how to change that setting and all has been great.
