Rated 5 out of 5 by Sel8 from Wonderful! We did a lot of research before we purchased this dishwasher. it has exceeded our expectations. This machine is extremely quiet. We can barely hear it running. It is nice to have the blue light that indicates when the cycle is complete. There is ample room for dishes. We use the third rack for silverware and often remove the silverware rack although there is still plenty of room when using it. The dishes are always clean and usually dry. We use the normal cycle most frequently. The 30 minute cycle is adequate for lightly soiled plates and tupperware but have a tea towel hamdy for drying. No complaints. I highly recommend this product.

One needs to make sure the water leading into the dishwasher is preheated to 125 degrees. This means one must waste water at the sink to bring the lines up to 125 degrees.. The rinse arm on the top third rack hits the rack and constantly breaks off. This part is still part of warranty repair, but due to "issues" they cannit get the part. This dishwasher has a short cycle of 30 minutes, but to dry the dishes, you must open the door to air dry. All other cycles take about 2 hours to run. I will replace this model with another compwny as. soon as I can.

There seems to be something wrong with one of the leveling feet. I've had it looked at three times and always a week or so later the dishwasher is sitting crooked in it's place. I use the same cycle every time I use it and the amount of time it says the cycle will be is always different. I also am not really liking the upper shelf. It makes the door of the dishwasher open way lower to the floor than my past dishwashers and I had cracked my toes and ankles on the door numerous times. I am seriously thinking of ditching this dishwasher and getting another.

Dishwasher Pros: Quiet Cons: Lower basket does not slide seamlessly. You have to work with it to slide it back in (even if pulled/pushed out from center of rack). Quality of plastic baskets/rollers seems very cheap. Dishes/silverware don’t dry completely, even with using Rinse-Aid, and must be hand-dried upon unloading, even if unloading 24 hours later. Set up of lower basket is not conducive to accommodate items other than flat dishes. Silverware baskets are loose and wobbly. Very disappointed in quality of this dishwasher for the price, and now feel like I am stuck with this because everything is new. Would not purchase again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nonsense Dishwasher from A Joke Dishwasher [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be more disgusted with a product. Control board failed after 1 year barely out of warranty. Dish racks are flimsy and have to be carefully pushed back in or it falls off the tracks. Door screws are stripped and falling out and can’t be put back in. Dishes don’t dry completely no matter the setting. The design of the utensil basket makes all the utensils fall through the sides and hard to get out and the basket doesn’t even secure to the side. This is part of the professional series and there is absolutely nothing professional about this piece of garbage.

It has great room inside to keep your dishes, which means I am running dishwasher every other day. With other dishwashers I used to run once a day. This gives me more water saving and more electricity saving (Making me more greener :)). Other features I liked: Noise level is very low. Good controls In very first use its pressure sensor blown off but it was my plumber's fault as he didn't open the drain pipe hole with crusher and connected it without it. Fridgidaire service was prompt in arranging the part even though its a very new model and usually its difficult to get parts of new models.

Could dry better, still trying combinations of cycles & raised rinse aid levels. Washer arm always has water in it so when rack is pulled out always leaks quite a bit. Usually condensation inside of machine and need to dry some items ( all in 30 minute mode, air dry was a no dry) 25 yr old machine replaced dried much better. Like overall, quiet, sturdier than expected, many loading options and nice design. Hope to find the correct cycle combo to dry well but really wish the 30 min cycle air dry worked.

The two things that I don't like about it is that they eliminated the spring mechanism that holds the door from dropping on your shins. We even had the repairman from the appliance store out and after he looked at it he confirmed that there is no way to adjust the door to keep it from free falling. The other issue is the way the racks have been re-designed. The prongs have been arrayed in such a manner as to make loading dishes a real pain. You'd think that as long as dishwashers have been around that they would have found a working layout and stick with it.
