Good capacity !!
I live in an apartment complex, my washer machine that was in there I found wasn't working after moving in right before covid... So grateful for the replacement ! Now I won't have to bring my full sized quilts to the laundromat !!! Has many options, surprised by cleaning performance, deep fill options, soak, double rinses option.... Didn't take long to get used to. Just read the instructions, even on here, and everything turns out marvelous. Only minor complaint, is the hot water isn't straight hot, all heated water is dumbed down, but that's the governments fault!! Love the extra spin option too. A+!!! Keep bringing more American manufacturing back !

Bad Product
Machine looks good and worked great the first few washes. After that, it's been nothing but a headache. I've had to wash the same load 2-3 times just to get it right. It does not wring the clothing well. When the load is done it feels like i'm taking the clothes out of a lake. If I try to do just the spin, It does a whole new wash with the same outcome. We've had the machine less than a month. This is our second GE washing machine. Our first machine lasted 16 years with no issues. I am highly disappointed with this so call "upgrade".

Not So Space Saving
The retailer's photos were misleading. They did not show the back of the machine accurately, I have a screen capture of that. The water hoses should be flush mount, and the electric plug should be a flat plug, otherwise the wire sticks out of the wall 3-4 inches, with the water hoses. I have to reprograms the machine every time I use it. The preset settings are a nuisance. Every time I was, I need to reset the machine. The water pump in the machine turns on and off so violently, the plumbing in my house rattles. Also, the power cord is located right below the water hoses...wonder what would happen if the hoses leaked...

Works fine
Overall the washer works fine, but there are some details that I don't love. The lid doesn't slide well and often comes off the track. The detergent dispenser is located just below where the lid folds so it is hard to get the detergent in at the right angle. The fabric softener dispenser stays filled up with water and is not easy to drain. My clothes are getting clean, though, so I guess that's what really matters. Another thing, the dryer it was paired with does not match at all and is a different height, so I really could've chosen any other dryer. It was the only top-loading washing machine on the market that would fit in my space, so I didn't have another option for the washer. It is also somewhat loud. But I like the many options of wash cycles.

Meh, I miss m old washer
This washer is good for a very small loads and loads that aren’t highly soiled. I have three kids and it is a struggle to stay on top of all of the laundry with this washing machine. With my old washing machine I was able to do larger loads as well as the ability to wash queen & king size duvet covers, which I am unable to do with this one.

Need to be recalled
Worst washer I’ve ever seen. I work at an apartment complex and unfortunately, these are the only washers that are available for me to get when I have to get a new one. There is about a 75% chance that it won’t spin once it gets to the spin cycle. And also, the repairmen in the Russellville AR area never show up so I’m stuck with a bunch of people complaining. These washers are causing me a great deal of stress so if we’re y’all, I would go back to the drawing board on this model

Good washer for small space
The washer has more space then u think. It fits a set of king size sheets for example. It is a bit noisy which is surprising. It fits in a small Laundry area but be sure you have a door you can close to reduce noise level. we had to add a shock absorber to hot and cold water hoses as it made a loud noise when the water flowed at the start and rinse cycle. It has been an ok washer once we sorted this out. If you have only 24-25 inches for a washer this is a decent product.

Compact size and excellent washing
We purchased this washer because we wanted a top-loading washer compact enough to fit in our condo’s small laundry room. As a bonus we got a modern washer with easy to use electronic controls that gets our dirty laundry thoroughly clean! For its size its capacity is surprisingly large...bigger than the capacity of a more bulky washer that it replaced. And we love the clever folding lid that does not crowd the shelf above the unit.
