Meets our needsWe needed a basic wine chiller, without "bells and whistles" that mostly serve to impress others. This unit exactly fills that set of requirements, and so we're satisfied with it. There are a few issues; the manual light switch is a nuisance, but we'll get used to it, and the adjustment of the door was off as received. I was able to correct it, but I expected better. The size of the shelf for 750 ml bottles is a bit tight, in my opinion, but adequate. Stand-up space for a couple of 1.5 L bottles is a good feature. If you want to go basic, this fits the bill.

Not Worth The PriceThe styling of the refrigerator is decent and the build quality is OK. The racks are a little cheap, and they have a tough time fitting Chardonnay or Champagne style bottles side-by-side. The unit seems to run quite frequently, which is odd as I have it almost completely full. I would think with the amount of chilled mass inside it would better hold the temperature.

Had only 2 years and it diedWe built a new house that came with GE profile appliances, no other options. Because we wanted the wine fridge to match, we purchased a GE wine fridge also. This fridge just broke and is now a wine heater, reaching close to 80* temps and cannot cool. This is the most recent disappointing experience with GE appliances. We have already had to replace the GE garbage disposal which died, replaced a burner on the cooktop, replaced 3 different parts on a defective dishwasher, have fridge doors adjusted twice and now this wine fridge just died. It is beyond disappointing that GE’s quality is so poor.

Happy with purchase.We replaced another wine cooler of the same size with this one and found that the temperature has been more consistent and the wine bottles stacked much better. It also looks very nice and fit in with our other stainless steel appliances. The big plus was that we could put it under a built-in counter which you can't do with a thermoelectric cooler. Price was reasonable. It actually holds 30 regular size bottles of wine! I took off one star because it does make a little more noise having a compressor, the light is not led and doesn't shine down through the cabinet, and I wish the temp control panel was visible without opening the door. Minor things but some things I miss from my previous cooler.

Very poor durabilityUnless you like your wine stored at 75 degrees, do not waste your money. I bought two - not inexpensive. One lasted less than two years. It could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The second has now stopped cooling after less than three years. For the price these products should last longer. Very poor quality for a company that claims to produce quality products. No wonder why the warrant is only one year.

Very DisappointedProduct stopped working after less than a year and half of ownership. The fans are still working but are not blowing cool air to lower the temperature. Had much higher expectations for this brand and product.

I'm very pleasedSo far, so good. I didn't have a lot of choices in replacing my old wine cooler. Seems
the measurements of the area where it will be are just off by and inch. That left me
with two styles to pick from. This model is working just fine. Noise is always an issue
but I have no complaints so far. It's purring very quietly doing its job as we speak. I
like that it shows me the temperature and that I have the option to change it somewhat.
You always read negative comments when you try to research a product but I really
don't have any right now.

Too expensive, too much condensationThis is basically a glorified dormitory fridge. It's not assembled well. There's no pride in its manufacturing. It has a steady stream of condensate down the back wall that I thought was a flaw, but turns out it's actually part of the design, with the water dripping down to a tray that's supposedly heated by the pump and evaporated. Seems like an insane design that'll lead to rust.
My advice: don't buy this fridge.
