Unsure at this point.
We've only had our stove for a little over a month and we are already on our second one. The first one came with something seriously wrong with the gas. When the oven would kick on it sounded like a jet plane. I called the local business that we bought it from and after almost 2 weeks of me trying to get someone out to look at it the business decided it would be best to just replace it. The second stove came and there is something wrong with the exhaust fan. When the oven is turned on it sounds like a loud rattling can. The technician came out last week and said it is fixable but can't come back until the end of the month. I am hoping once this is fixed it will be then end of our issues.

If it gets fully operational I could review better
i have owned my ge professional gas range for over two weeks now and it only has 5 cuntioning burners, No oven and no broiler. Appears the gas orifice on one burner was overtightened at the factory and the gas valve for the oven and broiler need to be replaced. parts were on backorder and had to escalate through GE Cafe, they were helpful and I am supposed to have parts next week. I am hopeful that once they perform all repairs it will be fully functional. until then, I cannot recommend this product that has had so many issues out of the box.

Beautiful range! In love
Absolutely beautiful range! The burners all work well and the oven heats nice and evenly (and very quickly). I didn’t think I would like that I can connect the stove to the internet and control it with the app, but I think there will be good use of the app. And peace of mind that I can check the app if I think I forgot the stove or a burner on. I love all the cooking features and there is even a warm feature that can help my dough rise! I also like that there is a steam clean option for the oven so it won’t heat as high as the self clean option. We are so excited to be able to use this for many years to come.

Great Stove
My wife and I recently replaced another high end gas stove with this Cafe unit. The Cafe far exceeds the performance of the previous “Professional” stove in every aspect. The Cafe looks sleek and well designed. The controls are smooth to operate and the burner and oven performance is exceptional. My wife loves using this stove. The stove is well designed and well constructed. My wife found the digital controls very intuitive to use, she loves the various control tones which can be personalized. If you are shopping for a new stove put this one at the top of your list, you won’t be disappointed.

Cafe Range Review
First, the styling is terrific and truly enhances our kitchen to say, 'Yea, we mean business in here!' Functionally, the range, with its multiple cooking modes, produces great results. There's a greater level of efficiency in transferring heat to the food with precision and evenness that we haven't experienced before. The SmartHQ app is easy to use, shows relevant information, and is fun! Controlling the range by voice using Amazon Alexa is pretty cool. We haven't experimented with everything this range can do but we're enjoying the trip!

Looks nice but piece of garbage
I have had the stove a little over 3 years and had to replace the igniter 3 times and now a month after they replaced the 3 rd igniter it is making strange sounds and randomly shuts off in the middle of cooking. They came out to look at it and said it is the internal cooling fan. And they now have to pull the whole stove out to get to the back. I just did a custom renovation and that will now ruin my custom tile work and crack the granite ! And probably will never go back in correctly ! I am so disgusted! I went with GE instead of Viking and regret it every day !

Learning process lots of features
So far so good, when we originally bought the range/stove we were told it would be equipped with propane gas not LG however it came with just the opposite so I had to change out all the orifices with both cook top and oven before it could work correctly. It took a couple calls to GE for location of the new orifices and a lots of work to replace. Love it now, very happy
