Dimensions shown on this web site are incorrect
Attached is a picture of the outside of the box. Actual product dimensions by manual measurement are slightly different than what's listed on the box but close enough, and certainly not even close to what's specified on this site. Dimensions of a cabinet cutout for installing a trim kit and dimensions of the actual product are different things but both are very important when renovating a kitchen and choosing a product.
Will provide a follow-up review on the product function once we live with it for some time.

It was great till it died after only 14 months. i work for Home Hardware that sold me this and still can't get warranty. the design also is not very good as the cubic feet is deceiving because it is wide and shallow so you can't put anything big in it

just got it in 03 21 2020 plug in but does not have a light inside even when door is open went to were i purchased it she told me that it have no light but i think she is wrong can someone tell me when you open door does the light inside cums on

Broke within 18 months
This microwave was great...while it was working. I would've given it high marks until in broke within 18 months of owning it. And of course the warranty only covers 1 year so GE did nothing about it. Cheaply made garbage. Do not buy.

Hard to use
The instrument panel keypad does not illuminate making it nearly impossible to use. You have to memorize where the function keys are located or get a magnifying glass or put glasses on snd stand on a stool. Totally awful.
