Rated 5 out of 5 by Areaderwrites from Good looking, good organization, counter depth With four doors, the organization of this fridge just makes a lot of sense. I like the freezer on the bottom because I use it the least, but it's not just one big messy freezer drawer with everything piled on top of each other. The freezer has access via two separate doors, and each door has slide out drawers and a slide out tray. The top fridge part has two generous produce drawers, nice in-door receptacles, and is otherwise free form. I prefer free form in the fridge part because it's more versatile. (Whoever uses a built in egg container?) I can buy separate organizers as needed. Plus it is counter depth and it is attractive looking.

Because of the smaller size and other reviews, we were worried that our gallon drinks wouldn’t fit. But they do fit if you lift the shelf a tad to slide the gallon in, Yay!! Love the other features and freezer on the bottom, that was the selling point for us, no more bending to see what is closest to the floor. Also the freezer drawers are great. Only negative, would be that a frozen pizza won’t fit. But we’d prefer ordering out for pizza, so not a big deal. Plenty of fridge room so far!

Has loads of space in the freezer with a nice drawer arrangement. And on top, there is actually quite a bit of space, movable shelves and the French door feature is great! There is no ice maker (I couldn’t care less!) and no water dispenser on the door- no biggie for me as the sink faucet is five steps away! There is no light in the freezer which may be an issue for some but since I have lights in my kitchen I am fine with it! The price was right- about half of what most other fridges cost - and it’s counter depth- a great purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by tspi from Pretty happy for an appliance bought on line. I bought this on-line, so I did not have a great sense of how it was all laid out. I was very happy to figure out how the freezer works, which is that they are really two separate freezers with vertical bins. I really like that. The top extends all the way across. There are two bins, one for vegetables, the other for vegetables. I would have liked a third bin for meats. Overall, the refrigerator space is just large enough. Getting tall beverage containers in is a bit tricky, they have to go on the door. The main shelves are not adjustable. I love how quiet it is! That was one of my most important criteria.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pekeranian from Bins too cold I've had this appliance for almost two years now, and overall I am so glad I bought it. It's the only fridge I found that is true counter depth and the stainless is so easy to keep smudge free. The only complaint I have is that the two inside bins get so cold that the contents freeze, cold lettuce is good, ice crystals not so much. The company should have done more engineering to provide a bit better insulation between fridge and freezer compartments.

It was just installed yesterday but it cools very well and is quiet. I noticed that the model has an additional letter HRQ16N3BAGS I hope it is an improved version

Rated 5 out of 5 by Temgam from Great features for a smaller kitchen We bought this 2 months ago and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. Before, we had a fridge with a full door and when you opened it, it blocked the access into the kitchen. With the half doors, this is no longer a problem. We read ahead of time that some had issues with the seal on the top, left door not working properly, but we have not had any issues. Also, we love that it isn't very deep (counter depth), so no more losing items in the back and finding them after they have spoiled. One thing it lacks is a deli drawer for meat and cheese, ect.
