Rated 1 out of 5 by C. Wang from Capellini cuter is a puzzle to clean. I ordered a pasta roller and loved it. The desire to save time to cut the egg noodle get so great that I ordered a cutter set. The Capellini cutter turned out wonderful thin noodle that my family love but there are so many dry dough stuck inside just cannot be cleaned out with the brush and toothpick. I would love to resolve this issue before the warrant run out. Is it easy to reassemble the cutter if I unscrew the bottom of the cutter to clean it? The case should have a opening big enough for the residue dough to come out easily. Please reply. I do not like to buy knock out from China.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kbrook1126 from Saves time but cleaning is difficult I've have this set for a couple of years and love the lasagentte cutter but have challenges with the capellini cutter. While the capellini cutter saves more time than using my Kitchenaid Pasta Press with spaghetti attachment, the pasta dough continues to get stuck in the body of the cutter. I continue to let it dry completely and use the brush and toothpicks to try to clean it but it has minimal impact. After a few years of use, the dried pieces have accumulated to the point that it sounds like a rattle, attracts bugs in storage, and I no longer want to use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Torresa1 from Capellini cutter is useless I bought this set hoping to get a newer version of the previous kitchenaid pasta cutters I had but was let down by the capellini cutter. The capellini cutter, which was the main reason for buying the set, just turns my dough to a mush and doesn’t pass through the cutter. The same exact dough passes through my older model kitchen aid cutters (those that were squared off instead of round) and make spaghetti, fettuccine, and lasagnette just fine. I’ve tried drying my dough out more, I’ve tried dough with higher hydration ratios and nothing will pass through the capellini cutter for me. Customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of at the moment so I guess if I don’t get a response to this review, I’m just trashing the capellini cutter because it’s useless.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ann Maria from A slight problem! I received this 2 piece a couple months ago and just before Christmas I tried it .....the fettuccine or wide noodle will not cut through...every other one is not cut.....it leaves a line and I had to go through all the pasta and separate them. A lot of work...I haven’t tried the thin pasta yet....I’m worried it will not work also.....I also just purchased the gourmet pasta machine....will let you know how I like it soon....I make a lot of pasta using my hand pasta machine in the past. Never had a problem with the cutters. Please help me with this. I love making homemade pasta. I also have the sheeted or roller which works great...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Weim Mom from LOVE it (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My grandma taught me to make noodles, but even they weren't as thin, even, tasty and easy as these are. I absolutely love it and look for times to use it. Easy to maintain and simple to use. Just start with a nice stiff dough and in minutes, you'll be in business. I highly recommend the kitchenaid drying dry too. It made life easier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bski from Capellini not worth it I bought this set specifically for the capellini cutter. The lasagnette works great just like my other pasta attachments. The capellini attachment is useless. The first time I used it both gray plastic pieces detached. One fell into the cutter and the other on the counter. After waiting 30 minutes on live chat I was directed to call. After a quick email I was directed to troubleshooting page. I love my Kitchenaid products but this attachment was a waste of good money IMO. I’m giving low rating based on capellini attachment only

Rated 1 out of 5 by KitchenAidCust from Don't waste your money I think a lot of china retailer products are of better quality than those. I also got the pasta sheet roller, which broke after first use. Its pretty disappointing after you spent so much money and expect premium products. The linguine cutter is the only one that works at least somewhat good. The spaghetti cutters were immediately blocked with dough and the 'plastic' hooks on the bottom fell out. Took me almost 45 minutes to clean that mess! I don't know who designed this, but its a total fail. I try to return the items but can only advise everybody to stay away.
