Horrible. 1 star for American made.Yep, aqualift sucks. Does not clean anything! So mad! And, my oven doesnt get hot, takes forever to cook anything, takes twice as long! And that makes the food not turn out right! Bought all kitchenaid appliances. Iam so mad about this. These ovens should be recalled, they are junk! And one more thing...i really dont like my mixer either. Bought the mega mixer too. It never gets the stuff down in the bottom of the bowl mixed up. And yeah i went and bought the other paddle thingy, and still no. So, so mad.
One star for Amrican made, which is one reason why it was purchased so this part makes me sad.

Beautiful looking butIt is a beautiful looking stove but...stove top is hard to keep clean, oven takes for ever to preheat and the convection oven takes forever to bake anything. I just don't use it because the timing is so different from regular oven baking. But the worse thing is when I use the oven the front edge of the cooktop and anything sitting on the back of the cooktop gets very hot. I have to keep the grandkids away from it totally or they will get burned. Very disappointed and I bought a complete set of Kitchen Aid.

Works great + Dangerously sharp exhaust ventOnly had it for amonth, used the convection baking which works great and the burners are fast and strong as well. It's a hustle to clean and gets scratched easily if your pots and pans are very new and smooth but I had the same experience with Frigidaire one as well so I guess this is what to be expected. My only real concern is that while cleaning the top - which you need to do almost on a daily basis I got a pretty bad cut along the back of my palm from the exhaust vent which is located in the gap between the top and the control panel - very hidden and razor sharp. I would be happy to hear from Kitchenaid about this as it very dangerous.

Looks Good Cooks Bad[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst oven I have ever owned. It looks good, but that's about it. The oven does not heat accurately, have tried to calibrate it several times but it never holds the heat. Today I set the oven at 450 and had a manual thermometer in the oven that read 350-375 for the entire time. Have moved the calibration up 35 degrees and still will not hold the heat at the temperature. Have had issue cooking most things. Just when you think you have it dialed in it fails again. I would not buy this oven.

electric range[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed with my new stove. I still haven
t received my owner's manual. When I use the oven the stove top gets so hot it burned my finger. With my old stove, I could fold my clothes on the cooktop with the oven on and with no problem. I'm going to call to get a replacement or something because my grandkids are always right at the stove when I'm cooking and with this problem they can't. Someone needs to fix this problem before someone gets terribly burned. I have always had Kitchenaid appliances and swear by your brand. I'll be waiting for an answer from you on how to fix this problem.

Stovetop great, Oven not so.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month before Thanksgiving thinking this was the answer to our past problems at this time of the year. The turkey took about an hour and a half longer than it should have at that temperature. Then we found that everything takes longer than any of the directions say. I read that you can adjust the settings to your own liking. I don't understand why a temp of say 350 degrees would not put out 350 degrees. without having to do anything. I moved the calibration setting twice and maybe have to move it up again. I don't think I shoul have to do anything. Please explain how I can tell if it is a defect.

Consider something else[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HALF STAR RATING.
I wish I had known that this product was not going to heat as well as my other stove did. The Convection time is like standard baking time. Boiling water takes far more time than it needs to.
And if you are considering buying their panel front dishwasher, I would reconsider that also. Dishes are still wet after washing even with a drying agent. Microwave oven, is not great either.
I regret purchasing KitchenAid appliances for my new kitchen.

Great top range. Aqua self clean oven is terrible[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today is Black Friday. Yesterday the turkey listed to one side of the roast pan while baking and created a mess in the oven. Having had self cleaning ovens for years I did not worry as knew I would clean it today. The aqua self clean process was totally unsatisfactory. I spent the majority of the day sopping up water and scrubbing the interior of the oven. After repeating 4 cleaning cycles I gave up. The oven is still not entirely free of baked on soil. A high temperature self clean is much more efficient and produces a sparkling clean interior. I plan to call Kitchenaid tomorrow and voice a strong complaint. My range is only a few months old and this is the first time i used the self clean function.
