Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade! We recently renovated our kitchen and chose a double convection/microwave oven in addition to a new cooktop. It was the best decision we made. Cooking dinner is so much easier now. They are a great fit to our refurbished kitchen. The KitchenAid product line was the best choice for us when replacing our 20-year-old oven and cooktop. While we’ve have only had the oven for about a month, we love it! It heats uniformly and the roll out bottom rack makes taking a whole turkey out of the oven a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with these two products. They give me the opportunity to use both ovens during the holidays. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Where is your QA KitchenAid? As with my fridge review, QA lacking in KitchenAid products. This is a new construction home and I looked forward to getting KitchenAid appliances. Combo wall ovens work fine, but after cleaning lower oven, the very next time I used it (Easter Sunday), I opened the lower oven door and 3 screws (now piping hot) shot out if the oven into my food and on the floor. They held on the metal bracket that surrounds the oven opening. Lucky one stayed in, or it too would have fallen off. Service rep came out. Screws we're so tiny, they would no longer catch into their channels. Guy had to go to a hardware store, get bigger screws and put special paint on them. Jeesh. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing some features and heats the room. We bought this unit to replace a KitchenAid that we had for 25 years. This one doesn't have a couple of features that I hoped to get again. It doesn't have Warm Hold or Roast settings in the microwave portion. Also, it is slow to heat up and exhausts a large amount of heat into the room (which the old one didn't). Also, the cleaning cycle causes the wall next to the oven to get pretty hot (the old one didn't). I haven't found much use yet for the convection function in the lower oven. The convection in the microwave portion can serve as a second oven when needed. So far, all the features work well. The defrost function is really good. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Combo Microwave and Oven not so great. This was an upgrade from the builder. I had Kitchen Aid appliances in my previous home. The first time I tried to use the microwave and oven at the same time, everything shut down. The first contact with the help desk was that I couldn't use both at the same time. WRONG. Eventually they decided I merited a service call. The service people were great and diagnosed the problem. A second visit from them resulted in new fans for both oven and microwave. However the microwave fan is SO NOISY I dread using it and I'm a heavy duty fan of microwave cooking. So I'm very disappointed in this product. NOT at all like my vintage 1999 appliances in my previous home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant I purchased a combination wall oven about a month ago to replace a 12 year old Kitchen Aid combination oven. What a pleasure to use as it can do just about anything you could imagine. What I am most impressed about is how elegant it is. The windows are so large that the food is really visible. The interior of the oven is a deep blue, such a nice change from the boring dark colors of the past. The handles on the doors look modern as they are red on the ends-so classy. One of the shelves is on a glider so that if you cook heavy items it is easy to move the shelf. I am considering replacing all of my other Kitchen Aid appliances as this one is so amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted My new convection oven/microwave was installed a few weeks ago and I have cooked/baked/reheated numerous items utilizing the many different functions. I haves used and love: the reheat sensor in the microwave; the melt/soften function to warm up a slice of carrot cake (used the cream cheese setting); and the crisper pan to make bacon. Still learning tricks on the convection "easy convert", but nice to be able to 'regularly/non-convection' bake things if I am unsure about the convection settings. I keep my manual next to the oven as I am still learning how all of the functions work, but overall totally worth it and love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality Only had this for a month but I am super happy with my purchase. I had a GE profile and cooking in it one night it would not cut off and I had to turn off the breaker at the panel for it to cut off. I decided to replace it and I searched for what my wife wanted and settled on this unit. We could not be happier with its performance and also its looks. It really is a serious upgrade to what we had before and we love the sliding rack what a plus. We are still learning all the things it can do but it is great so far and also super quite when the fan is on for cooling which helps since our family room is right beside the kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels like quility We bought this for our kitchen remodel. We already have a KitchenAid refrigerator and dish washer which, we are happy with so we went with the KitchenAid combination wall oven. I really like the quality and feel of this unit. We've had it for about a month and I like the way it cooks. The one small complain i have is about the microwave controls/interface. Sometimes when i hit the start button it asks, "start?" but there is no button to say "yes". If you hit the start button again just asks again. You have to clear it out and start over. I need to read the manual to see if i'm doing something wrong. The point is that the interface could be more intuitive.
