Rated 4 out of 5 by Gurq from Love the tv [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it 2 weeks ago, the image looks amazing, is very vivid, bright colors, great sound, and very easy to set up. The only problem is that I can't program the remote control to turn on and volume, I already tried everything and still not working, we need to use to remote controls, very annoying. I love LG, we got our first LG tv 10 years ago until it stop working, then we bought this one to replace the other one. And also have another LG tv bigger two years ago and it works pretty good. It's a very durable brand, trusted, with great features, image, sound and price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GoldWinger from It is a very good TV for the money [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with the LG43UN7000PUB TV. The picture is very good no matter what the angle you are viewing it from, but streight on is the best. The controls are very streightforward and easy to adjust. I wear hearing aids so the only problem I have with it is the sound quality. There are various sound programs and I have found one that somewhat works for me. I just wish there was a way to adjust the bass and trebel to my specific needs. I am considering getting a sound bar that was developed for people with hearing aids to rectify the problem. I am very happy with the TV and would recommend it to a friend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Newpoppy from My experience with the 55" LG TV [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issues I had or have is that doing the setup on my Dish TV system is that there is no listing of the TV in the setup and no reference to what TV to use in setup. The other issue is that it doesn't fill up the screen top to bottom even when I stretched the view. If I get it to fill the screen then it cuts off the information at the top and bottom so you can't read what is there. I have to shrink it to know what some of the icons are for at the bottom of the screen and at the top the date and other info is not there. It is like it is not made to work correctly on the DISH TV setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Birdie55 from Fabulous clarity and color! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our sons surprised us on Christmas Day with this great gift!! We had a 50” plasma that I thought was just fine ( even though it had a line running vertically down the left side of the screen for 2 years and the HGTV logo permanently etched in the lower right hand corner, HA!!!), I had no intentions of replacing the old Samsung, thought it was just fine because, hey, it still worked, but my kids had other ideas! My husband sits in front of his new LG every single day and says “ just LOOK at the color! Look how beautiful everything looks!” So, to say we are very pleased is an understatement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Renae0209 from [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Six months after purchasing the TV, the video stopped working in the middle of a show I watching. The TV is still under warranty and the customer service agent was extremely helpful in connecting me with a local service agent. However, it’s been almost 2 weeks and the part has not yet arrived. I assume this particular TV is known for the issue I’m having because the service agent knew what part to order without even coming to my house to look at the TV. This was my first LG TV purchase and most likely my last. Hopefully the LG dryer I purchased last year is a better quality product than the TV.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pjw721 from Like it, but....... Thought I did my homework but they got me on this! My research convinced me I wanted a wide viewing angle ability offered with the IPS display panel and I assumed all the TVs in the UN7000 series were outfitted with it. I was initially looking at the 55” model but ultimately decided to get the 50” due to being preferred size for room. Turned out the 50” UN7000 is the only tv in the 7000 series lineup that DOES NOT have IPS display panel! I failed to notice that the box didn’t indicate have IPS display, I assumed that being a 7000 series it would - WRONG! The 43” does, the 55” does, so does the 65” but not the 50” - why would LG decide to not use IPS on the 50” model? Makes no sense and I’m a little miffed at missing out on this option when for a few $ more I could’ve bought the 55” version that had it. The viewing angle on the 50” is very poor, just a slight off center viewing results in major/unacceptable color loss so if you need to watch it from any location other than straight on, make sure you buy the 43”, 55” or 65” versions instead and avoid this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scott850 from Great TV, but needs a better manual Glad we bought this LG 60" flat screen! Beautiful picture, good channel selection. We also bougat a $35 Roku box for it which doubled our channels. Only complaints: No serious manual with it. Why do I have to go online to ask a simple question that could be anwered in one sentence in a good instruction book? One other complaint: Aspect Ratio changing is the most common adjustment I need to make, but the "button" for it is buried 3x levels deep in the onscreen menu. Should be easier to access. Can't they figure out how to do this automatically? Overall though, LG was a good choice and the uncommon 60" size was perfect for our space.
