Water dispenser drips constantly![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water dispenser drips constantly since the day we hooked it up. We have had a repair guy out twice since we got this refrigerator a month ago and both times they said they fixed it and the minute they left it started dripping again, like it was waiting for the guy to leave. So they have now said it's a fix and wait, fix and wait, fix and wait kind of thing until they find the problem. How many parts can there be? How many times will the repair guy have to come out? Not happy at all! Disappointed! I guess I will keep switching out the wet towel everyday until it is fixed...can't wait for that day!

Poor desingWe purchased this refrigerator about a year ago and are very dissatisfied. The center support for the crisper drawers has broken and been replaced (our expense) 3 times. When we replace it it lasts a matter of days and breaks again. The long drawer below the crisper drawer has a lid that also has broken several time. Things freeze near the ice maker and in the drawers. We have had a technician out to check and they have no answers just indicate that it is a poorly designed refrigerator. at the very least, they should be replacing the plastic pieces that are failing but don’t.

Way better than expected![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Maytag in a big rush because the LG refrigerator I had quit working after 1 1/2 years. I went to Menards and picked out a frig to be delivered the next day. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The water/ice dispenser on the door is big enough for our tall water bottles. I liked that the light went on when you dispensed water or ice and then goes out when your done. It is much roomier inside than I expected and the meat/cheese drawer is HUGE, like really fabulously huge. Never thought I'd love a frig but this one I really do!!

Huge fridge and still no spaceHad the fridge for just over 2 years and I totally regret purchasing it. The ice maker takes up a huge amount of space in the fridge section. Forget about storing full size bottles upright anywhere except the door. The water and ice dispenser are nice however it pretty much makes the left side door storage only good for the tiniest of things. And now the lighting in the fridge section has gone completely dim. After a bit of research I found that this is a known issue with this fridge model. Their 10-Year warranty is only for one component - the compressor, and nothing else.

Looks great, but needs improved door closure.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with this refrigerator. My biggest complaint is that you have to shut the doors in the proper order otherwise the seal will not be tight and the alarm will sound. In a household with kids this is a problem even though I've educated them on closing it properly. My other complaint is the big drawer at the bottom I would rather not have as many drawers and just have open space on shelves. You have to open both doors in order to Pull out the bottom drawer It would be nice if this was split half-and-half or had a a panel you could raise to get in the drawer without having to pull it out.

We purchased this Maytag model 2 months ago after I did more research, comparison and reading the multitude of rating review comments.than I have ever done before just to purchase an appliance. I am very glad I did because I ended up choosing this make and model and 2 months later I know I made the right choice. This is an excellent fridge and has met and exceeded all my expectations. It runs quiet, fridge and freezer temperature settings are dead on (tested with accurate fridge thermometer, design is excellent with great space utilization. I would recommend this fridge as an excellent buy.

Terrible Experience[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On day one of installation, water hose leaked. Since day 1 have had problems with temperature - e.g. even though temperature is set at 38 degrees, internal temp is 29-30 and milk etc is freezing. Unable to thaw meat. Waiting to hear back when I can get replacement. I should not have to wait 3 business days to hear back on when I can get a replacement! Having a reliable, working fridge is especially important right now with food shortages and pandemic so this problem has just added to the stress. Completely unhappy and would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGEThis refrigerator looks nice, but it stopped working after less than two months of use. The ice maker broke, leaked all over our kitchen floor, and the fridge stopped cooling anything. What's worse than that, is that we paid for the warranty... but the earliest available date for their service man to come out and fix it was 2 weeks after we contacted them. We had to throw all of our food away. I highly discourage you from paying the high price for a refrigerator that only lasted 50 days. There are only two of us, so the fridge wasn't even halfway full at any given time. Not a smart purchase.
