Rated 1 out of 5 by Mgrewal from Not satisfied Please reconsider buying this microwave, this is probably the worst purchase I've made this year. The door doesn't close properly on it and the heating is very inconsistent. It also sometimes just won't shut off unless I pull the plug despite clicking stop several times. The worst part is I tried exchanging this initially thinking it was probably a defective unit but the new one I received has the same issues and Samsung refuses to issue a refund. Please consider a different microwave, I'm going to have to buy another one since this one doesn't function properly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Danny Kincade from Unreliable, regretful purchase From day one we've had issues with this unit but sadly do to the current supply chain issues currently going on in the world this was the only unit available to buy. The clock never works, it changes time 3 or 4 times a day all on its own. One minute it shows its 12:30pm and the next minute it shows its 7:30am Noisy and does not heat all that great - truly regret this purchase and am pretty sure I won't even get a years worth out of this junk before having to replace it Never again Samsung microwave
