Rated 5 out of 5 by dismac from Its so quiet! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quietest dryer that I have ever owned. My dog sleeps beside the laundry room and I no longer feel bad running the dryer overnight while he's in his bed. Not only is it quiet, the dryer is extremely efficient and has a sensor dry to keep from "overdrying" and shriveling up all our clothes and sheets. The lint and dust collector is also very interesting as it folds up and seems to catch more dust and lint than a traditional straight tray. I also have frequently used the Steam Sanitize option just to freshen up some of my clothes and remove extra wrinkles. It beats having to iron!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Taylor from Damaged within warranty and had to call samsung care tech come out to fix clicking noise & when he disassembled the product he found that the interior frame was slightly crooked (he said this happens all the time and its probably from delivery handling). case mgmt said theyre not responsible for the damage done during delivery and that i should of called within days of it being delivered to address damage concerns. the damage was not known to me because i would of had to disassemle the entire unit to see it. unrelated issue to the clicking noise that just started. samsung care team also reassembled my unit wrong and now i cannot use the dryer at all and they wont help me now either

Rated 2 out of 5 by SanonF from Buy Something Else - Weak Motor i have only had this dryer for a year and it's already having problems. the dryer cannot handle more than 3-4 pieces of clothing before it start buzzing. it's clearly the motor (which is apparently extremely weak) that can't handle the weight of turning a few wet towels. it's so loud you can hear it through the closet doors and into other rooms. if you plan to wash more than 2-3 towels at a time, do yourself a favor and pick a different product. it may look pretty but it can't actually do the job it was built to do because samsung clearly did not invest in the internal parts required to do so. gimmicks only get you so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndreaYinTX from No more wrinkles! I am so astonished at how quick and efficient this dryer is. My clothes come out perfectly dried and without wrinkles. My favorite feature is “Sensory Dry” which automatically calculates the optimal time and temperature for the drying cycle. I no longer have to periodically check my clothes and can trust that the dryer has dried it uniformly. And if my clothes need to be ”refluffed,” there’s a quick setting that does this as well. Like my washer, the dryer is very quiet and you forget that it’s actually running. I also love how the lint catcher is a square box and the lint doesn’t fall into the bottom of the dryer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dave from Noisey from day 1 first off, i really like the overall size and design of the dryer. it does a great job at drying clothes and the steam sanitize is a cool feature. but from day 1 the dryer has had a squeaking/squealing type noise that comes and goes as the machine is running. it makes this noise regardless of load size. i figured it may have just needed to have a break in period??? well, here it is 5 months later and the noise just keeps coming and going during every load. some days its louder than others, and recently i think its becoming more consistent and loud. disappointed that after buying a fancy new dryer, the thing just sequels. yes it dries very well, but its incredibly loud and annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gaby from Beautiful design and great Customer Service i absolutely adore the design and color of this set! i puchased both the washer and dryer combo. they wash quickly and save us a lot of money when it comes to our consumption of power/water. we ended up having an issue with our dryer where the timer would land on 1 then end the cycle leaving the clothes all wet. i eventually called customer service and they brought over a tech as soon as they could. he was a great help and provided excellent tips. we found out it was an issue with the outlet not providing enough power so once that was fixed everything came into place. we love our washer and dryer.

The permanent press setting has saved me so much time with not having to iron everything I dry. It senses when the clothes are dry so they don't wrinkle or shrink. The steam refresh setting is another time saver. If I pull something out of the closet that is wrinkled, this setting once again saves me from the ironing board. The size of this dryer is ample enough to fit anything you need to dry in it. On top of that, the interior light is very bright so finally there's no more socks left behind in the dryer! This dryer does great at efficiently drying your clothes and it's so much quieter than my old dryer.

The problem we are having now is the dryer had a malfunction and due to where we live they are sending a replacement dryer. Our concern is we have waited over a month for this dryer and I have called samsung over 10 times and this replacement has still not been delivered to the trucking company so that they can bring it to us. I have always loved samsung products but until samsung honors this replacement that they have agreed to I am unable to review this dryer properly.
