My preference has always been has ranges until I bought a house without a gas hookup for the range. Instead of splurging you install a new gas line, I researched ranges that had convection ovens and responsive ceramic or induction range tops. Samsung regularly came top of the lists. I pulled the trigger in this range and couldn’t be happier. It has all the features I want and even some I didn’t care about, such as dehydration and bread proofing. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Stacy from Fire hazzard waited 2 1/2 months for range to be delivered and now less than a week of having it i am looking to return it. the knobs for the burners are too sensitive. in less than a week there has been two fires. a knob has been bumped and the burner came on without anyone knowing. it was until the house was filled with smoke and flames from somethingn laid on the stove top that we realized the stove was on. i am afraid that one of my children or possibly a dog will accidentally hit it and it will cause major damage. i love the range cooking and feature wise but i don't know what i can do to prevent this from happening. model number ne63t8511sg slide in range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kathy C from Very unsatisfied first delivered 11/30 the first time i went to use the oven, it worked but the control panel did not work at all when i wanted to turn it off . i contacted support. they suggested i turn the circuit breaker off and then restart it. that worked. unfortunately, this kind of malfunction occurred multiple other times. lowe's was wonderful and sent a replacement. they even checked the outlet to make sure it was ok. my second oven (same model) that lowe's replaced it with is now doing the same thing. otherwise i like the oven and stove, but i can't keep running to my circuit breaker to fix a $900 oven. the stovetop always worked. i am frustrated also at customer service. my call was dropped and no one bother to call me back. ugh!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I only cook a few times a month, as my wife carries the bulk of that burden, but I do like gadgets! The wifi capable stove makes it a more fun to use the oven! I can start preheating just by clicking the app on my phone, and I get notifications when the preheat is done, the door was opened, timer went off or the cooking was canceled. Having a smaller kitchen, the simple "lock" function on the touch screen is great, as for the first few days we kept 'accidently' turning the oven on, or the timer, etc. Overall, a great buy that even has me interested in using the stove more often

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ed B from Well Built Range [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just had the range installed. it seems sturdy. fit exactly into the slot of our old slide-in range. installation was orderly and fast by xpo logistics. they made it easy. the cord delivered with the range was a 4 pronged cord, and i took the 3 pronged cord off of the old range because the delivery guys didn't have a 3-prong cord. they installed no problem. i already like the knobs on the front. our old range the knobs would come off too easily, and they weren't on the angle that the samsung range has, which i believe will prevent us from accidently turning on a stovetop burner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Happy owner from Love how this cooks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the convection oven-my husband noticed the difference and is now using it as well the knobs on the front are very sensitive-my old stove had this same problem, but with the oven control. i was happy to have the electronic oven control, but noticed that the knobs for the burners now have the same issue. the touch screen is also very sensitive; i leaned over to reach in front of the stove and ended up turning the oven off. i know this can be locked and will need to make sure that i know how to do this overall-love my new stove! note-i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tazz from Loved at first sight... the range is used on a daily basis. most features are truly likable. purchased a year ago & loved it the first few months until we nearly started a fire because the knobs do not lock & if leaned into while cleaning, the burners will turn on. along with this, the sound cannot be heard by everyone in the house, and there's no way to turn it up. the knobs are not made sturdy & we're using our one and only knob that hasn't broken, while waiting on backorder to arrive. the stove is nearly non-usable due to knob issue. if we'd known of these things prior to buying, we'd have made another choice. this range falls short of expectations.

I used cerami brite and good stuff on it as the seller told me. My last oven has almost no stratch and 8 years. Very disapointed.. it leaves mark that dont go and it scratch really easely. Oven is great overall really but the top is not good as the rest buyer be aware...
