Can't review if it doesn't work[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if it worked it... i have to continually unplug and re-plug as controls keep freezing. stove top works well & it's attractive. it's hard to review with very little use of oven. i called. they are sending service in 6 days (guess i won't count on cooking for the holidays). it also won't connect to the app. if they repair it i will give an updated review. i have a problem with a product that arrives defective. also have a samsung fridge which has been a let down since day 1 as well. time to explore other companies. a"i received compensation for this review but the review is my own”.*

Smart panel keeps freezingour stove is less than three weeks old already having problems with the smart panel. just the same as reviewer below. the panel just freezes and does not respond to touch until you reset the power. there is no way i am going to be pulling my stove out every time it does this & don't see why i should have to. i messaged samsung prior to writing this as they encourage you to do. complete waste of time, they try to say it is because it was not professionally installed. do you have to have a professional to plug an electric stove in these days?? plus they tried to say they have not had this issue before. i only have to glance below at the reviews to know this is not true.

Do Not Purchase this Model!!this range is a nightmare!! touch screen controls have stopped responding. samsung said to simply turn off the breaker and turn it back on or unplug the stove and plug it back in after a few minutes. it worked the first time, the second time, the third....the 20th...etc....getting an idea here!! controls often stop working in the middle of cooking something. my holiday cooking experience was a complete stressful nightmare. this product is a lemon. samsung help! you can do better!! this product replaced my 20-year-old stove....i which i had my old stove back. extremley upset.

Touch Screen controls stops respondingthis range arrived monday. tuesday around lunch time the touch controls wouldn't respond. samsung said just turn off the breaker and turn it back on after a minute. wednesday it worked fine for breakfast. wednesday afternoon i went to bake something. none of the controls work again. must go to the basement then to the garage and reset it again. 2 days same issue twice. bought this one due to all the good reviews everywhere. then saw another person had the same issue the day mine arrived. sounds like lemons are going out currently. there was a more expensive model i had originally ordered that had a different touch controls screen. cancelled that order since was over a month before it would be delivered and this one was just 2 weeks. should have went with the other model. disappointed.

Touch screen controls freezes and broken!very unhappy, brand new oven purchased sept 2020, the "lock" function to lock the oven and screen controls has an error that when you unlock or if you wipe the screen with a sponge will freeze the entire screen function and nothing can clear it, so the screen is completely dead.
guess how you have to fix, drag the oven out of the kitchen and crawl on your hands and knees to unplug or go to the breaker box and flip the breaker on and off.
completely unacceptable for a brand new product in 2020.

Fine oven, some flaws with "smart" featuresbeen using my brand new oven for 5 weeks. the reason i like the oven is that the range burners get hot extremely fast, making for really fast water boiling and pre-heating of pans.
what i dislike are the "smart" features, especially the samsung smart things app. i can send a temperature to the oven from my phone - sounds nice right? but then i have to press a button on the oven physically to activate the temperature, so that defeats the whole purpose of "sending" the temp to the oven from another room. it's a silly design feature that i blame samsung for.
otherwise, so far so good with this oven. heats up fast and i love the look of it.

Control panel stops workingonly had a few weeks but the control panel stops responding every few days. looks like i'm not the only one with the issue. it will start working again if i power cycle it but i shouldn't have to be pulling the range out every few days to power cycle it. worried it will stop responding while the oven is on and i won't be able to turn it off.
