Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the Samsung Quality I expected I thought this came with bluetooth but it doesn't, my bad. Since purchasing this TV 20 days ago, I've had a major problem and if it doesn't go away, I will take it back. About 3 or 4 times it has been nonresponsive. Either I attempt to adjust the volume and it will not or it will not power on. I correct the situation by unplugging it for a short time and it all works. It is not my remote as the cable remote programed for Samsung has the same problem. I'll give it a few more weeks before it goes back. To be fair, I haven't called tech support as what can they really do but I will before it goes back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great purchase The setup was easy, no problem connecting to WiFi, picture clarity is great. I am really enjoying the TV. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the remote. The remote is not very responsive, the buttons seem cranky. Sometimes when I am trying to change channels, I press the channel up button and nothing happens. So, I press it again and the TV advances two channels instead of one. It's like it has issues communicating with the TV. Wish they would put out another improved remote for the TV

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture, Terrible Browser A friend said I really needed a smart tv and since I have a samsung phone which operates well, I thought this would be a good brand to try. The picture is absolutely wonderful!! The sound was very inconsistent until I finally got the remote working and was able to change the setting to Optimize. The browser is just plain terrible. I think you should add $20 to the price and include a usb keyboard/touchpad. One is coming Monday. I almost threw the whole thing out the window trying to type in url with the remote. Unnecessary frustration. Update the browser and the rating would go up and I would be able to recommend to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall quality and price I bought this TV a month ago and it is working great. I would only hope Samsung TVs would have extra HDMI ports..Mine has two... One for my cable and one for my Blue Ray..I needed another for my PC..Had to get an adapter but then I have to change the input .. Instaed of just direct tuning...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Picture goes out & have to unplug & plug back The unit is very light. It was easy to set up, the stand is not very sturdy. Even though the speaker is in the back the audio is good. The only problem is the picture does not display on an intermittent interval. I continually have to unplug the cord and plug back in for the picture to display. Annoying. I haven't had a chance to try any of the apps.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TV can’t crashing our break every other week Tv worked fine at first after a while the applications did my work and eventually the picture would never show and all I’m left with is a black screen and sound. There were so many issues filing a service request I’m gonna just end up throwing away the tv because it is trash now. And a waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The 32" FHD is excellent I bought this 32"FHD TV 2 weeks ago and so far I am enjoying it fully. It has clean sharp picture and colors and easy to use controls. I placed the TV in my bedroom for viewing before bed and when I wake in the morning, so I use it on a limited daily basis, but I look forward to the years ahead

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Power supply failed -- seems to be a common issue all that's left is a red light blinking in a pattern and a manual with troubleshooting instructions that are utterly useless. check the reviews. this is an endemic problem that samsung is ignoring.
