Not cold enough...From day one this fridge doesn't cool like it should it! Even at its max settings the fridge temp ranges from 39-45 temp swings and this is with no one opening it for over 12 hrs. The lighting is very poor and it doesn't shine inside the fridge just at the front of the shelf leaving it dark inside. The shelf's fog up if the door is open for more than 30 seconds at a time making it even harder to see inside the all ready dim fridge. As for the color the black stainless is GRAY not black like other brands. Last time I but a new model with out seeing it in person..

AmazingThis refrigerator is down right amazing, very appealing to the eye and has a ton of room. The price of this unit was very wallet friendly. I definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking for a new one without a water despencer.

More spacious than French door & energy efficientWe have been very satisfied with our decision to purchase this item. We can fit much more than French door model. The unit is silent, calm and energy efficient. The design is sleek, and easy to clean with 1 easy wipe. The LED light inside the fridge could have been brighter. It's our personal preference to have brighter light and sadly it's not possible to modify the LED light. It is not a simple standard bulb. Overall best bang for the buck not just when purchase but also throughout the usage.

Samsung products are the BEST!!!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally was planning on getting a refrigerator with a smart hub but sadly due to the amount of space available in my kitchen it was not an option. I was glad that I found a Samsung refrigerator that fit though because Samsung is one of the best brands of products all of my TVs, washer and dryer, and every cell phone I've owned are Samsung and it will always be the first brand I look for when purchasing new products.

Just what we needed, more than bargained forBought this fridge a few months ago to replace it old GE fridge in the garage. Went with a floor model, but wasn't planning on going this fancy. However, we decided that if the big 28 cu.ft. Samsung with french doors in our kitchen goes out, this would be a good temporary fix. This fridge has a lot of storage flexibility. Perfect for overflow and bulk shopping. Runs very quiet and visually it's a great looking unit. The hidden handles give it a clean finish. My only complaint is when in defrost it kept tripping our gfci outlets. After some digging I found out that most newer appliances need a special outlet or circuit that allow miniscule current draws without triggering a fault.

Love it!This refrigerator is great! Love the LED lighting, and the styling of this. It keeps food fresh, and everything nice and cold. The ice maker works well, and does not use a lot of freezer room like a lot of other brands. If your in the market for a refrigerator , this is the one for you!

apt friendlyBought this to replace a 20 year old fridge. It is so quiet don't even know it's on. Keeps my milk cold and my frozen food frozen. Hope this lasts as long as my old dinosaur lol. Only issue I see is the shelving. Due to the height of most drink containers it makes a space almost unusable when using all shelves. Other than that am completely satisfied with this purchase.
