The compatability is extremely handy and worth the price. Only downside I noticed was the 60hertz does become noticeable in action movies where other TVs with 120hertz can easily handle the flow of the action.

Rated 4 out of 5 by aguy from Good, but wish I could have gone better... just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the samsung tech(s) whose idea it finally was to put lower and adjustable stands on this tv. i've waited 15 yrs. to go from a 46" to 55" 'cause they were all roughly 1/2" too high to fit the entertainment ctr. i would have gone with a 55 in. q70 or 80 had they had the same stands but they didn't and were still too high. wanna sell bigger/better tv's? what a difference that little change made. i know other folks who have the same issue. even though this is an entry-level 4k qled, it's a huge difference in picture compared to a 15 yr old 46 in. 1080 lcd, all thanks to a change in stand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Samesong from Great image quality, bad performance i use the tv for streaming. the picture quality is very good. the sound is good enough and loud enough. the user interface is very slow and not very intuitive, the remote is compact and self charging which is cool but it is also very sensitive and not easy to configure and lacks a button to select inputs, it gets lost all the time and it is too easy to accidentally launch services. i think the tv would be a good value if it was not for the unreliable software, the tv quits streaming abruptly and launches "samsung tv" at least once every 2 hours, sometimes it wont respond for a while and then it relaunches itself. the tv seems to have a particularly hard time running hulu reliably. my internet connection is pretty fast, my router is next to the tv

I mostly use it to stream some shows and channels when I get back from work and it's pretty relaxing to watch it. I love all the environment that it has with my smart hub and I can control it with my Google assistant. Also is very compatible with all the streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kids also love it because it's pretty simple to manage it and as always you can set some parental controls. Has great volume for the movies that's a big plus. I think I'm pretty satisfied with this awesome Samsung TV.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Beastabuelos from Great display, terrible speakers this tv has a beautiful display, but the speakers are absolutely terrible. basically no bass and rather quiet compared to my old tv, which was a 40 inch 4k samsung 6 series. i'll say the speakers are serviceable when you put the tv's sound setting to amplify (still not good) but they're basically gross sounding when set to game mode. i know a lot of people use headsets when playing video games, but i don't, i like to use my tv speakers. well it's so bad that i had to buy a sound bar. i'd definitely recommend this tv if you don't care much about sound and/or don't game. if you do though, definitely factor the price of a sound bar into the cost of this tv.

My speakers don't even need to be plugged to the TV. The Samsung channels with the Samsung TV app are great. I spend just as much, if not more, time watching the Samsung channels as I watching cable channels. It communicates with all my gear seamlessly. Couldn't be happier. I bought the 32" for my bedroom. Now that I know what the capabilities are of the new Samsung lineup. I'm just waiting for the 70" to get out of date. Unfortunately that TV still looks amazing after IDK how many years. Keep up the good work.

I was torn between the Qled and a regular 4k tv... the more researching that I did the more I learned towards the Qled. I went ahead and went for it, brought my 75 inch Qled home! We loved it from the start and we still do. The picture quality is awesome and the volume of the speakers is just fine for us. Yes, you may want to get a sound bar for movies etc but for watching regular TV they're just fine. We have had no issues with it so far and would definitely recommend this TV to our friends and family.

I love the colors on it and how bright or how dim I use it. My gaming on this one looks awesome! I got a ps5 and play my games on this TV. In the beginning I had to get use to what I wanted to get out of it. I finally found the balance in colors that I LOVE! I have different settings set up for gaming and TV and my movies. Speaking if movies. OMG I love the 4k on this one. How sharp and crisp everything is. Now it's not a OLED so the blacks could be darker. I still love it. My next TV I want it to be a 70 or 80inch. I wanna go big!

We use it for home school for our daughter, general TV watching and always for movie night. We love the contrast and picture quality. We purchased it about a year after it came out and therefore got it at an amazing price. Not too say it was priced to high when it came out, however we didn't need a TV then and it may have been out of our budget. We have had a minor issue or two with HDMI ports not working. Seems to be random and has only happened twice. A restart of the TV fixes the issue. We are very satisfied and will definitely purchase Samsung TVs in the future.

The good thing is that its really easy to connect your phone and cast it. I thought that I would have to buy another device in order to do this but turns out that connecting the tv through smart things you get many options. I also like to use my tv for gaming, the graphics are so nice and sharp, there's also no lag so that's good, even when there's multiple players there's no lag its as if only one person is playing. The reaction time is really great overall. I really recommend this Tv for any purpose.

Innovative remote implementation and charging. Seamless gaming experience and crisp 4k view. Cons: screen surface is not perfectly flat and looks wavy when you inspect while off (not sure if it is a manufacturing defect and QC related). Tv back cover is bouncy and empty in the center back of the tv which made me doubt the build quality. I hope that SAMSUNG cover those pitfalls in future builds (I understand having entry-level QLED not a flagship could have notes her and there on quality) Keep innovating and pushing boundaries SAMSUNG. Great job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by hoffmie from Slow Processor takes at least 20 seconds for a channel to come in clearly no matter the app. apps or tv turns off randomly 5 or so times an hour. not a single bad set tv, but the whole line - tried two different q60s and a q70. all three had these issues. 3+ hours with samsung customer service who couldn't fix the issues. factory reset, updated firmware....same problems. apps that can't be removed. annoying adds on the home menu. good picture and sound if the processor wasn't complete garbage. samsung should do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly just watch movies and shows, no gaming etc. I upgraded to a 4K QED TV because I was told the picture quality was better, which it was in the store. When I got the TV hooked up at home the picture was the same as my old TV. Called my provider and was told they could upgrade my connection so I could get better picture quality but that was only availble for sports, whch I do not watch, and a very few channels. Not sure why these TVs are being sold when there is such limited programming available that gives you a high quality picture. Feel like I wasted my money on an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Quantum and the 4K aspect of it. the graphics are great, the Sound is great. my Xbox One X and my Xbox Series S look absolutely wonderful on a Samsung tv. My 4K HDR Netflix account looks amazing. Samsun TV Plus Is awesome. I love Crime 360 and the hollwire about famous people. I haven’t even began to explore that. the Remote has a Uv/Light Charger on the back which is great for electricity bills and for green causes in my opinion. I’ve always loved Samsung, I always thought they were good for phones but now I know samsung are certainly tied for first in the top two for TVs

Amazed to where samsung has gotten too with the development of there TV's. I would show off Samsungs Smart Hub TV&Movies Homepage by taking pictures and uploading to social media so all my friends would see. As well as the 3D glasses the TV came with. Or using the phone mirror to screen when It was just new. Overall the picture quality and smart features and integrated applications to access purchase subscriptions and playing video games in a vibrant rich display! Taking things to what we said back then was "The Future"

The Smart Things integration works flawlessly along side with my Google home. The TV picture is great for its price range and the Auto HDR and Game Mode works like a Charm. The Earc works great with my Samsung Dolby Atmos and running from app to app is great! The Samsung tap to play feature on the TV and soundbar is fantastic. I do want more features but over time I'll get a Samsung product that will truly have what I want. I love all my samsung products and can't wait to get some new ones.

It was giving me movie theater experiences and immersion into what I was watching like no other. Going through the settings and adjusting the picture as I see fit. It also gives little reminders from time to time like time for your daily work. I recommend this product out of the box and I definitely recommend it if you personalize it for your viewing Note that all of my experiences so far are without additional audio.All audio currently comes from the TV itself

Streaming apps are perfect - no need to use another streaming device. Picture clarity is perfect and easy to adjust. I've had plasma TVs in the past and compared to them this TV is even better. No jittering watching fast moving shows or sports. Blacks are black. Easy viewing from any angle. Guests have noted that at an oblique angle this TV is better then theirs (another brand). No problems streaming from a home theater. All sound is synched from all streaming apps. You'd swear that watching close ups of actors they're right in your room.

TV is on all the time when we're home and we've played around with different settings. there is no burn in/out effect which i have heard about like OLED tv has. bezels are thin and HDR pictures looks so bright and beautiful. still not bright enough for day light where you can see reflection from windows my TV remote didn't come with Google voice instead, it has bixby which is a bummer. I've seen a few new Samsung TV come with Google voice for commands by remote control. remote control is better than the one with lots of buttons. i wished it had inbuilt antennae.

Was able to connect the universal remote (which took a little bit of learning as it has so few buttons) to my cable box with the easy on-screen instructions. Best of all, I was able to download all the apps I needed for my streaming services without the addition of any additional equipment. Some other brands have interfaces that prevent me from downloading certain apps. Picture is great and with the addition of some external audio, this television will make a perfect entertainment center for our family.

Lots of apps come pre-loaded and you can add more. We had hoped that this would make our other Streaming devise obsolete but unfortunately there are a few apps that are not yet available on Samsung (eg, news app in different language) but I think we are in the minority of those who want to access to these things. The only thing that we haven’t been able to figure out is how to connect my iPods. To be fair we haven’t looked it up for everything else our gut seemed to work. Overall, well worth the price!

We use them strictly for tv viewing. They have great picture quality and a fairly wide viewing area from the sides. The original setup directions are very easy to follow and we were up and viewing our programs quickly. It’s extremely slim design, with the dark / black picture is an attractive addition to our walls. Before purchasing a Samsung TV, we did our due diligence in perusing reviews of various manufacturers and comments from various websites to make our decision. You have truly hit one out of the park with this model.

I have my computer hooked up to it a majority of the time and it has never let me down! I overclock my gpu so I mean business. My tv is absolutely amazing, and it's crazy to think that they make even nicer models! I'd have to say I would 3 or even 4 more if I could. All of that aside, I do look forward to coming home and having my smart things app turn my tv on and jam out to some spotify after work. I recommend samsung to all of my friends because I'm a serious fan boy haha.

And for movies and shows it is absolutely fantastic. It's fast and bright. The colors are great and the blacks are deep. But for sports, it isn't the best. Maybe it's the refresh rate or something, but I watch a lot of Premiere League soccer and the ball is always blurry and ghosting when shown in the normal field camera. Tracking the speed of players and the ball gets worse as they go faster and it makes watching soccer hard. My old, 2010 plasma screen tv (also a Samsung) is much better at not blurring the ball when it moves.
