Rated 4 out of 5 by Talha from Super silent but poor remote functionality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and has been working great since. The noise levels are minimal and worked with no problems since we bought it. One reason we bought the unit was because of its wi-fi connection. However wi-fi connection does not really provide much functionality. The most important thing for us was to be able to start the machine remotely in case we forgot to start it, etc. However we realized that is not practically possible. You need to turn the unit on (which is automatically turned off after a while) and keep the door closed to be able to start it remotely. Since it turns off automatically in a few minutes, that function is basically useless. Otherwise it is a good machine

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Difficult to Install, Pretty, Quiet bad: 1. difficult to install. needs either 1 inch more clearance on the left side or 2-3 inches in the back to account for the water inlet hose. this was the main reason for my low score. it was very difficult and i've done this before. 2. takes 2 hrs to wash 3. doesn't clean well 4. delivery people didn't unbox, leading to one of the plastic feet to get broken good: 1. attractive 2. very quiet, can't hear it when watching tv 6 ft away in the next room 3. pops open at the end of a cycle to air dry 4. allows delay start neutral: 1. the app tells me when my cycle is done and how much time is left on the wash

This is the quietest dishwasher i have seen our old one was so noisy. This dishwasher is stylish, modern and so easy to use. The different washing options come in handy if you want to wash cups only you can this dishwasher has that option. It also has a feature which the door pops open to let the steam out. This is a game changer in my opinion we can’t say enough good things about this dishwasher.

Rated 5 out of 5 by discants from My Best Dishwasher Ever. I am really surprised to see the negative reviews on this dishwasher. I have had mine for 2.5 years now and it is the best cleaning one I have ever had I never have to rinse and it gets everything clean in one cycle, it is super quite and love the third rack for cutlery and utensils. The only time I have ever had issues with the cleaning is when a very small bone particle made it through the grinder and ended plugging the drain pipe where it connects under the kitchen sink and thus dirty water was draining back into dishwasher and I was getting an error code. It was a very easy fix to clear and no problems since then. Love this dishwasher

Rated 1 out of 5 by KB001 from Awful product in 2018, we remodeled our kitchen/laundry. we bought all samsung appliances. we were pleased with the features, but the quality, warranty, and repair process has been horrible. within 6 months, our dishwasher broke. after multiple expense appointments, samsung said the tub cracked, they blamed the retailer, and the retailer accused samsung. no one helped us, and we had to purchase a new one. next, our wash machine stopped working and the quote to fix it cost more than a new one. again, bought a new one. on christmas eve 2020, our oven wouldn't heat. it took a week to have our 1st appointment. it's jan. 28, and we're on our 4th appointment, and it's still broken. 1/23/21 our refrigerator/freezer completely stopped working – still waiting for an appointment. don’t purchase samsung.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Shwe from Do not buy faulty design Waste of money. Manufacture defect. False Design on spray arm & very very faulty. We had issue after 15 days of buying this. The spray arm gets attached to the water outlet & keep falling. They could have made upper tray and spray arm attached together rather than 2 separate part. Manufacture defect and very bad on design part. They sent the representative and they told it’s a physical damage . Guess they either don’t know what’s the issue or how to resolve the issue. They put blame on customer. Where as it totally shows manufacture defect and cheap plastic used by Samsung which is unacceptable. Be aware customer. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Paul from Mixed Bag let's start with the positives: amazingly quiet! we had to check to make sure it was actually on. i also don't understand the complaints about cleaning. our glasses, plates, silverware, pots/pans look amazing. the negatives: even though you can adjust the upper rack, it is difficult to efficiently fit glasses and small plates. the examples given in the owners manual are useless. the bottom rack does not close smoothly and you have to play around with both racks to get the door to close securely (and we do not overfill nor are there objects obstructing the door).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Iceking from Great Machine I received the unit a few months ago and have been actively using it once to twice per week. The unit is very quiet during operation which is a plus. The wash results are great, though since its not like other machines I did spend time to read the manual on loading the unit etc. Everything from glassware to silverware comes out perfectly washed and even some heavily soiled pans. I tend to use the Auto function more often then not. Overall great unit
