I love the sleek lines, how quiet the wash cycle is but unfortunately this model doesn't clean nearly as well as it should. I should of gone with a different model. A friend had said the same thing and I should of listened. I have a good mind to contact the manufacturer.

I love the features, however I can not give it a 5 star rating. We've had to have it repaired twice. A piece broke off the moving wand in the bottom of the dishwasher and the second time the computer went out. It needs repair again now. This time one of the flaps that closes over the silverware basket has broken off and since the last repair was performed the door now gets in a bind and makes a huge popping noise when you close the door.

During the pandemic no one from Samsung could to our home to verify the issue. The water would not drain and would show us code 5C. The Samsung site mentioned that because of COVID, no reps could come over. The customer service was awful! The rep said too bad! You never called, as we have no trace of it! My dishwasher was used 8-10 times in the span of 3 months!! I am appalled at being called a liar! Now were stuck without our much needed dishwasher and another $1200.00 to purchase a new one which won't match the other appliances, not great to sell our home!

Firstly the design of the washing machine is gorgeous. it would stand out beautifully in any kitchen. It's absolutely silent as well. You wouldn't even realize it's running if not for the indicator LEDs. It also does a fantastic job cleaning. Our vessels generally come out looking perfectly clean. it also has wifi functionality and if you have the smart things app it'll tell you how long the load is going to take etc. As for drying it doesn't have an inbuilt heater so it pops open the door to dry. Adding rinse aid makes sure that the vessels are dry at the end of the cycle. As for the negatives. The wifi only works when you switch on the machine so you can't really start it remotely. Really wish they fixed that.

This is the first very quite dishwasher I ever had in my life. I like how it was design and looks perfect in our kitchen. But I like more the best how features work and very easy to use. No residue and dishes are spotless so I’m really happy we were able to find a product like this that change everything. My wife and kids are happy because its different from what we used to have for years. This is the best dishwasher for life for my family.

We have been using it for a couple of weeks and am extremely impressed with how well it cleans even our dirtiest dishes. I love that it has smart controls and notifies me when it is completed. I love how the door opens when it finishes and lets out all the steam. We have teenage children and they love it as well since they aren't having to practically hand wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher as they had to do with our previous dishwasher. The dishwasher is also really quiet and I have found the front display of how long is left for the cycle to be very helpful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gheni from Horrible Delivery and Customer Service i ordered this dishwasher and during delivery, it came broken and i had it hauled away for a replacement, only for the new replacement to also come damaged! both times i had to call samsung support to resolve this issue and a small problem was dragged out for weeks, inconveniencing my family. we are still waiting for the 3rd replacement hoping we get the product we've been waiting for. this isn't the first time samsung support has failed us, i ordered a microwave from them a while back and it also came a missing part which took weeks and many phone calls, only for them to send me the wrong part. i ended up buying the part out of pocket on amazon.

So 1 month ago, I wrote a review about this product being really bad and in my review I explained the problem clearly and others have had service techs over for the exact same issue. The service techs say there is nothing wrong. They are technically right... It's the design that does not work properly. The answer to my review was "Thanks. We will pass your comments along to make sure we improve our service and products". What about compensation for the 1200$ dishwasher that does not wash properly, can't be fixed because it's not broken and does not wash dishes? But it is silent though! You really can't hear it not doing it's job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy So Far from Very Nice Dishwasher [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the point of a dishwasher doing its job well, is to not have anything to say about it - which I don't. We knew what we were getting aesthetically and specifically chose this model for its clean front and pocket handle; it did not disappoint. It's incredibly incredibly quiet, much like we expected from its rating, but I don't think we realized just HOW quiet 39dBA was until we went to operate it for the first time and my wife thought it was not turning on. It's about 18 months in and running well, at one use per week, so time will tell, but we really really enjoy this model.

Filter is difficult to replace after removing to clean. Like that door automatically opens when cycle is complete so dishes to not continue to steam. Biggest negative is there are very limited locations with authorized Samsung repair centers who are the only ones who can repair an appliance under warranty.

This dishwasher looks great, and runs super silent but the cleaning has been absolutely terrible and even worse than our previous one. We have tried 1. pre-rinsing 2. run on the heavy cycle 3. higher heat and 4. giving more space between plates and dishes. Glasses clean well but the plates and bowls are just not clean and we usually have five or six things we have to hand wash. The photo below is from today where I ran the load on a heavy cycle for 3 hours, spaced the dishes and made sure nothing too crusted was added. There were four other plates and bowls that visually looked fine but were not clean and were hand washed..

Rated 1 out of 5 by Thomas from Do NOT buy this Dishwasher! we bought this dishwasher from bestbuy 2 months ago, after the first couple of weeks of using it we start to get a lc ( water leak) code and the dish washer would stop working, since that first time, samsung has sent 5 diffrent guys out 5 diffrent times to fix the same problem, the water leak. and tonight, 1 day after the last samsung repair guy was just here to fix the water leak, it starts leaking water again. i have tired contacting samsung and just got tossed around from department to department, no one could help me. i was trying to get a refund or replacment. the repair guys are incompetent of thier work and samsung has terible customer service. i dont ever leave reviews but i feel so helpless in my situation. i have not been more unsatisfied with a product before in my life.

The features built into this dishwasher are innovative and fantastic! Like the auto dry cycle where the dishwasher has an air blower built into the unit, and in the final stages of the drying process, the door automatically opens about 5 inches to allow the steam out, and the air blower continues to run for a short period to ensure all water droplets are completely dried off the dishes. Also, it is so quiet that you must listen carefully to know if the dishwasher is running. I have had other high-end dishwashers in the past, and the Bespoke Smart Dishwasher ranks well above the others I have owned.

I must start by commending the features that it came with. It has an auto release door drying that enables the air to circulate round after washing in order to have an amazing drying session. It came with a flexible third rack which works perfectly well for me because, i just throw my spoons and forks that couldn't fit in the silverware basket . The linear wash is what perfected this dishwasher because, i did not have to pre -wash with my hands before loading it in the dishwasher and it came out clean. The linear wash enables a clean wash from all the corners of the dishwasher,missing nothing. The most amazing part of this dishwasher is it's quietness like nothing is going on. It washes so quietly that i could almost feel like it was invisible, i had to go look at the buttons to see if it was really working. If you have pans, pots or bowls that are too big,worry not, it has an adjustable section that allows you to fit those in with no stress whatsoever.The zone booster provides more access for water to circulate through and clean all those pots and pans that are always difficult to clean. The Samsung Linear 39dBA dishwasher makes life even more interesting because it does WiFi connectivity capabilities. You can control it from your smart phone when connected to WiFi. It's interior is amazing because ,it has an upper and lower basket for spoons,knives and forks .The digital button is almost hidden and has features of how many cycle , self clean,speed booster , express 60 and much more. The part that i love the most is that it is finger print resistant. If you have kids and clean after them all the time, you will appreciate this feature. That means that i do not have to clean the fridge all the time when it is touched by the kids because,it does not retain their finger print. In essence, i would say this is an amazing product and i will recommend it over and over again. It's beautiful, stylish and fits my kitchen perfectly well. It's sleekness is a plus for me , and am happy because even my husband is in a hurry to do dishes. I love it

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed2021 from Stay Away I have never written a review before but felt I had to. We have had our dishwasher for 2.5 years and were never really happy with it. Within the first 4 months a large puddle of water formed in front of our machine. Had it looked at and was told there was nothing wrong. The dishes never got real clean always had to re-wash a few dishes after most loads. Two years later a large puddle was found in the basement soaking our carpet (luckily the ceiling had not been installed). We did get an error and had a technician come and fix it. Samsung was generous to cover $20 worth of parts but not labour. After the repair the machine just did clean dishes and did not always drain. We called the technician back and he said the Waterfall assemble was broken and needed to be replaced. Since this was considered a new issue Samsung would not help in any way. It was over $500 for parts alone. I cannot believe that a company as large as Samsung would refuse to not support a product of theirs. A dishwasher should last longer than 2.5 years before a major repair was required. Stay away for Samsung appliances.

It is very quiet while running, and has a sleek outside look, which we love. Our dishes are thoroughly cleaned, however we have run into an issue with them being completely dry upon the end of the cycle. The auto release function to help the machine air dry, has been deactivated somehow. We have been satisfied with Samsung's customer care support and they are working speedily on the issue to help get it resolved.

We have been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing in our newly renovated kitchen, it cleans to perfection. Syncing with SmartThings is a great option and allows us to keep track of the amount of cycles, drying agent levels, and also if we need to run a cleaning cycle; it helps make the maintenance of the machine easy. The only slight negative is that it could dry the dishes a little better. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Chris from Great when it works have had two repairs made and two replacement dishwashers within less than a year. samsung refuses to pay for the replacements to be re-installed even though the issues are clearly due a manufacturer's defect. first set of issues was due to water leaking out the front door (with both the initial dishwasher and its replacement). then on christmas day it randomly died mid cycle, less than two months after the second replacement dishwasher was professionally installed. but when it actually works, it is whisper quiet and does a great job at cleaning and drying the dishes. if only it didn't need to be worked on every 2-4 months it would be an amazing appliance...

It can barely be heard when you are in the kitchen. It was very easy to install, and I love the fact the adjusting mechanism for the rear of the machine is accessible from the front, making it very easy to make sure it is level. It also works very well and looks great with my Samsung Tuscan stainless refrigerator and stove.

Overall it works okay and it's so quiet, nice and roomy and I love the utensils rack and the adjustable glass rack. However for some reason it stopped opening at the end of the cycle to let the steam out as this is what dries the dishes. So my cons it doesn't dry accurately, unless I catch when it finishes and manually open the door. Also it would be nice if it had a ronse and dry only feature, which would also help.

It is completely silent while running and makes this cute little song beep when finished. If watching television on my Samsung TV, it seamlessly notifies me that my dishes have finished right on the TV! I little notification pops up. The shelves adjust in many different ways to accommodate different loads of dishes. Everything comes out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

It fit perfectly with other Samsung appliances in the kitchen. Usually I shy away from doing the dishes, but with this dishwasher ,I have no issues doing the dishes. It's very sleek,quiet and beautiful. It has great features like smart control,self clean,speed booster and other smart features. I love the fact that the racks are adjustable and the top linear rack is a bonus for us because we can add some silverware there. I love it and it's easy to use. I totally recommend to every family, it makes you want to run the dishes all the time

Rated 1 out of 5 by kimberly from Frustrated Customer we purchased dishwasher in jan 2021 and paid extra for professional installation. since then we have dealt continually with issue of water not draining completely out of machine. first time, the company moved our lines around. this did not fix the problem. now we are being told that the pump on this dishwasher is not strong enough to push water all the way out of machine so water runs back into the bottom after cycle finishes. the recommendation is that we bring someone back out and move all my lines as high up as my cabinets will allow. this was not an issue with previous dishwasher. the only time i can get the samsung to drain completely is when i run a rinse cycle only. if it can drain completely on that cycle why not a regular cycle. definitely would not recommend.

My dishes come out super clean. The best part about this dishwasher is how it syncs with my phone and watch. It sends me alerts when I need to run a self clean cycle. It lets me know when the cycles have been completed, and it uses this self opening door feature to open the door just enough to help the dishes dry faster. It also has this 3rd rack up top for smaller pieces like straws, baby pacifiers, or anything that doesn’t fit right in the traditional washing areas. Truly an amazing piece of equipment.

We did not expect such a true upgrade, as I assumed all dishwashers did the same thing, boy was I wrong. This dishwasher is sleek, quiet and does a phenomenal job at cleaning. I load this thing to full capacity and every dish looks brand new every single time. I'm shocked at how silent this thing is, I rarely know it's even on, I have to look at the face of the unit to tell it's even running! The installation was fast and standard fittings worked well. This is such a high end unit that has made me a huge fan of Samsung.
