Rated 4 out of 5 by Jeff 61 from Spectacular picture Haven’t really figured out what this anomaly is in the screen. TV is completely off and even when it’s unplugged this white bar appears in the screen at the bottom only viewable at a certain angle. TV shuts off once in a while for no particular reason, just shut off. One night my wife and I were sitting in here reading and a voice came over the TV and said, “something went wrong, please try again later“. also drops Wi-Fi signal pretty often while streaming TV is probably 15 away from Wi-Fi source. Other than those, “quirks“ TV seems pretty decent for the money. We also got the sound bar and sub woofer in the package and it adds a lot of depth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kh1ngDav1d from Like a desktop TV It had many options it took me a while to realize it's capabilities too bad I never got to get a PS5 because I bought the TV ahead of time for it and now the screen is broken and my warranty is expired. It was my first Sony TV and probably my last not sure where my pockets will be able to afford both.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JD Yonke from Yikes Bought this four months ago and there have been a lot of issues. There's already a messed up pixel right in the middle of the screen. I have the TV mounted to a wall, it never moves, I don't have kids--I treat this thing nicely and it still does this to me! The remote is also a total mess. Takes about 10 attempts to get the TV turned on each time. Have to do a system reboot all the time because it loses connection with my TV provider and the remote won't ever turn on the box. Yikes. Overall mess. I am looking into returning it now that the pixel is out--I mean, imagine how many pixels could be out after a year or two! Will update once I see how the return process goes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RAC1 from Easy to Install & Set Up We bought this 65" Sony TV to replace a 55" of another brand that was several years old. In comparison, it weighed about half of the old TV which helped make it easy to install. Due to the size, however you still need two people to handle it if you're going to hang it on the wall like we did (with the proper bracket, of course). The way it was packaged was outstanding, making it easy to unpack and repackage, if needed. The TV itself was easy to set up and has many more features than we would use at this time. The picture is very good. I like that it has the ability to save favorites for ease in quickly getting to the channels you watch on a regular basis.

The Colors are vivid and it’s so clear but mine had issues and for the extra money I paid I didn’t think this was acceptable. The sound and the picture would randomly go out of sync. The sound was kind of tinny and although it had tons of app options it didn’t allow me to have the spectrum app which is my cable provider. Samsung has the spectrum app. I was getting annoyed having to use my phone to chromcast to the tv. So with all these issues I returned it. And I got a Samsung for half the price and have had no issues and only sacrificed a little picture quality and not that much .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ron from Texas from Great picture, unbelievable detail Got this to replace an older Sony that I had in the bedroom. Easy to set up. Took me only about half an hour to unpack, put on the legs, hook it to the DVD, Fire Stick and Satellite, plus get the Sony to "recognize" with each of them. Super Easy. Picture detail is unbelievable. My older Sony was one of the early 4K TVs. This new one's processor appears to up convert my 1080P input to 4K much better...MUCH more detail and depth. Colors are rich yet natural / realistic looking, not over-saturated like some other TV's I looked at. This convinced me that when i replace my 8 year old JVC projector in the next year or so, I will replace it with an 85" Sony LED. I don't think that a projector and screen combination can match Sony's performance.
