Rated 1 out of 5 by NARM from Not good quality We got this product because it was one of the options that the builder of our brand new condominium suggested us. After using the appliance for couples of months, I noticed that the silver paint of the front panel is slowly peeling off even though I have been only using the cleaning products recommended. In addition, the aqualift featured doesn’t work at all. I am very disappointed about the quality of this product and I wouldn’t recommend it and I would suggest to the construction company of my building do not used this band for future developments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kaceew19 from Do not purchase! Aqua lift self clean is a joke. Does not work. Stove is 22 months old and the oven died. Unplugged stove. Checked breakers. Tried unlocking it with the 3 second hold button. None of the above troubleshooting tactics have helped. Oven is still not working. plastic pice that covers the wires in the front of the stove keeps falling down because the clips do not keep it in place. To buy an upgraded model instead of sticking with the builder model has been a HUGE disappointment to say the least. Have had issues with the microwave, washer and dryer too. Stay away from Whirlpool!!

We replaced a KitchenAid range with this one, I wanted a cleaner look with controls at the front and a slide in. I am used to a ceramic cook top but thos one appeasr more difficlut to keep clean and the whole top gets very hot. I know that is specifies this in the manual. Also do not like the total oven control by touch as if you wipe that area while cooking something the oven turns off. My brother has a similar Whirlpool slide in range but is older model two years old and controls are angled and the whole surface where controls are is not glass.

The best reviews etc. I have been so disappointed with our range- slide in, ceramic stovetop, THE WORSE EVER TO CLEAN!! I have bought all products suggested and there is constant smears, never looks clean. I am so disappointed. I would never purchase this again. My husband works with appliance care people and home renovation everyone now has said this is the worse product finish ever. If ANYONE has advice I would love to hear it please. HELP

As a first time owner of a self clean oven the AquaLift is the most useless part on the oven . Claims is uses steam it doesn’t even get warm to produce steam. Back to cleaning the oven myself. Extremely dissatisfied. Scratches on the stovetop paint, as careful as you could be the pots and pans chip the paint on the edge. Looks older then it is with the scratches.

This range has so many options, e.g., oven rapid preheat, Frozen Bake option, convection cooking, 5 main burners (with one even giving the option of up to 3 different cooking sizes), warming burner, etc. So many options that you really do need to read the Owner's Manual to learn about all of the options/features. I have yet to try the self-cleaning option. One con (though not worth losing a star over) is that the bottom storage drawer is quite small. Also of note, a reasonably loud fan automatically kicks in while the oven is in cool down mode.

I have had the range for a short time and has not withstood the test of a major event like Christmas but the results have been outstanding so far. We had bought a new entry level (cheap) range six years prior and we could never get consistent results. We noticed immediately that cooking and baking with our new Whirlpool was very precise and we saw positive results every time. I have tried most features and it has been a very easy learning curve. The large capacity oven is a key feature for us. the warming drawer below is also very convinient. Dollar for dollar, this was a very smart choice. I strongly recommend it.
