Dumb smart stoveWe purchased this about a year and a half ago. This is the worst stove I have ever owned. It looks nice but that's the only plus. This store is a nightmare. There were no reviews when I purchased or I wouldn't have. The oven takes 2.5 hours to cook boneless chicken, the oven will switch back and forth from name to broil on it's own and ruin your food. You can not control the range top temperature. If you don't stand there constantly stirring it will burn your food. It is not self cleaning. The rubber strip in the panel is always coming out. I turned off work so it does burn my house down. This is a horrible oven. I will never buy another Whirlpool again. Very unhappy.

Not Happy!!!Haven’t even had this stove for one month, but sincerely regret purchasing this model. The control knobs are difficult to read. I was told by my retailer that it was my lighting, but I see many others have lodged same complaint. The control panel is driving me CRAZY!!! It goes off at the slightest touch and has to be turned on again. Cooktop is difficult to keep clean. I only wish this stove had been out of stock when I ordered it. Paid $1,400 for it. Looks good, but the design is flawed. So disappointed with this purchase. Should be able to return it for a different stove!!! DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE!!!

Very disappointed for the money I spent!!!Screen went off in the middle of cooking dinner, now it is ruined. Only way to get screen to work is to turn one of the burners on and then it finally boots up. Even though the burner is on, it actually is not and never gets hot. The oven will not turn off either. Not happy and it is only 6mths old....should have known better than to buy the first smart oven on the market. So much for buying all top of the line Whirlpool appliances....smh I kind of wonder when the microwave is going to do the same thing.

Not thrilled(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We replaced a KitchenAid range with this one, I wanted a cleaner look with controls at the front and a slide in. I am used to a ceramic cook top but thos one appeasr more difficlut to keep clean and the whole top gets very hot. I know that is specifies this in the manual. Also do not like the total oven control by touch as if you wipe that area while cooking something the oven turns off. My brother has a similar Whirlpool slide in range but is older model two years old and controls are angled and the whole surface where controls are is not glass.

So far, I love itBought this slide in range for my kitchen remodel. So far, the oven bakes evenly and perfect thx to the Alexa connection & the whirlpool app. My stove is connected to my iPhone and Apple Watch. No way I can over bake my food. The burners heat quickly, cook evenly. The steam clean oven option doesn’t clean like the high heat clean. That’s the only caveat. Not sure how I will get the baked on debris off without scrubbing. Not happy about this but plan to call whirlpool for answers.
I replaced a top of the line kitchenAid with this range and so far, it is so much better other than the steam cleaning the oven option.

Thoroughly disappointedWe did a kitchen reno in March 2020. I bought 3 new whirlpool products for a reason. The best reviews etc. I have been so disappointed with our range- slide in, ceramic stovetop, THE WORSE EVER TO CLEAN!! I have bought all products suggested and there is constant smears, never looks clean. I am so disappointed. I would never purchase this again. My husband works with appliance care people and home renovation everyone now has said this is the worse product finish ever. If ANYONE has advice I would love to hear it please. HELP

Looks Beautiful[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this range. I would however add a few enhancements. It is very hard to see controls and no light on top of stove to let you know still hot surface. I would also try to remove the groves on the top along the sides and front. Residue sits in there and hard to clean. Also the top front of the range over hangs and it is difficult to see the knobs. Also along the outside it woud be nice if there was a flashing or a small trim along side. There is a very tiny space between the counter and the stove that this would eliminante any spillange down the side.

Range[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the time of purchase did not realize that the stove had to be hooked up to the wi-fi upon delivery it took me a while to figure out how to become connected. In the past when purchasing ranges there are usually broiler pans included, this time none were provided.
Beware that the control panels are super sensitive in which wiping them down you may inevitably turn a burner on or be offered cooking instruction.
Otherwise we are getting use to the features and as senior citizens getting use to them
