Rated 5 out of 5 by EMAP from Quick, clean, and spacious! We upgraded to the 24" Whirlpool after owning an 18" cheaper brand for about 3 years. The difference is amazing! The old dishwasher didn't fit many dishes - we ended up having to do at least 3 loads a day. It also didn't get the dishes very clean, and the washes lasted nearly 2 hours! The Whirlpool can handle all of our dishes and the cycle is only an hour!!! Everything comes out clean & fresh and my kitchen is much cleaner without dishes stacked in the sink all the time. This is definitely the best portable dishwasher we've owned <3 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by none from Okay Portable Dishwasher We needed a portable dishwasher for our lake house and there is not much to chose from. Wanted stainless steel and they are nowhere to be found. This one has 3 choices for washing, 1 hour and no dry, over 2 hours and dry and a really long one, 4 hours or something like that. Had to settle for black because I don't wash dishes and not enough wash options so that is why 3 stars. Also it doesn't seem to dry the dishes that good. Definitely empty the bottom first when done washing, if you do top first any water left on dishes will spill onto bottom clean ones. It does and okay job so yes I would recommend it if your not a perfectionist.

We have executed 3 cycles so far and it seems to do a good job getting the glassware clean. The inside of the dishwasher seems to be a little bit flimsy, We are concerned about how some of the plastic will will hold up long term but we will see. The Dishwasher top is suppose to look like a wood butcher block but it is kind of cheap looking. A real wood option would have been nice. This one was the right price and delivered quickly to our door, plus they hauled the old one away. I like the hook-up to the faucet -- much easier than the last one. Also, the dual-arm action so we don't have to worry about blocking the water from the top like we did with the previous one. So far, it has done an excellent job of cleaning the dishes and I'm very happy with it. If I had to point out any negatives it would be the selection of wash cycles and noise. It is quieter than our last one, and maybe stand-alones can't be as quiet as in-counter models. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We already had a pipe for drainage coming up from the floor to the basement sink and a hot water hose coming up from the basement with our very old dishwasher. I first used it the other day and was very impressed with how clean my dishes turned out. Especially a glass bowl, mug, and a ice cream dish that had carvings into the glass which always looked dingy even with the old dishwasher. Well, they sparkled!! The door is dripping water when you open it. The cord was not as long as our old whirlpool. Also the length of the wash cycles have changed. It just does not even come close as it doesn't hold the same amount of dishes. We are very disappointed as we paid much more and expected more. Having a small kitchen, which was constructed with an area where I can roll it away or pull it out to use as additional work center, makes portability important to me. It rolls well, holds a lot, though spacing on glass shelf is not good--or maybe I have cups and glasses that are too wide. Seems to clean well, regular wash is quicker & quieter than previous washer.Manual is vague on starting directions. Had a heck of a time figuring how to get it started the first few times. I do not like the tiny silverware holder slots. Can't fit even a jar lid in to be washed. I have had dishwashers over the last 50 years so I know quality and useful products.
